“For the most part helpful, speedy and efficient. Would use again. Suggest more technical information should be avaiable on products e.g. interference fit for wrapped bearings. Did ring for this info but no-one came back to me.”

“The service I received was good and the items provided came very quickly. There where options in regards to the bearings on offer to me so I was very pleased to be able to select a higher quality bearing than the original. I shall use Simply Bearing again.”

“Be careful that you check the delivery address before you pay. Web site can keep going round asking the same questions about your order and it's delivery method. Before you get to the end. Product good and available. Always found exactly what we needed.”

“I cannot comment on the quality of the bearings as they are spares stock and none have been used yet. The purchase experience and delivery was excellent. Price seems reasonable too.”

“Hi, Generally, I'm very pleased with the service and delivery times. Products are suitable for some of our applications although we also buy direct from SKF where bearing quality is paramount. As an OEM, we get better prices from SKF than most bearing suppliers would. I normally buy the same items and it would be useful if the web site could show me recently purchased items when I log in. This would save me time trying to find the exact item required. Also, Although I am an account customer, when I get to the "checkout" I am always asked for card details. I then have to phone to confirm the order. Your sales assistants sort it out very quickly but it is a bit of an inconvenience. Regards Phil Herbert - Farm Feed Systems Ltd”
