“1.5 months ago, I purchased a Thrustmaster T818 wheel and decided to invest in their ecosystem. However, after several weeks of use, I started hearing a grinding noise from the wheelbase, which left me very disappointed with the product's quality. I contacted support for repair but remained unsatisfied with my purchase. After watching various resources and engaging with the Reddit community, I realized that Simucube products have an excellent reputation. I decided to switch ecosystems to Simucube, and I am thrilled with my decision. Even before receiving my order, the customer support was exceptional. My questions about the products and shipping delivery times were answered promptly, making me feel like I had a personal support manager. Upon receiving the shipment, I had some additional questions about the products and received the best support I've ever experienced from a manufacturer. The products themselves are beyond my expectations. The Simucube 2 Pro wheelbase is incredibly solid and professionally made. The Valo GT-23 wheel has a sleek design and is perfectly crafted, showcasing the high quality of Simucube products. From the support to the packaging, everything was excellent. One minor point of feedback: the wheel has numerous buttons, and it would be helpful to have stickers or some form of labeling to remember the assigned functionalities. Additionally, I have noticed an issue with the RPM LED indicator, where the LED tends to overblink even when RPM values are within limits. Overall, my experience with Simucube has been outstanding, and I highly recommend their products to anyone looking for top-quality sim racing gear.”

“I would like to say that Simucebe's support is superb, thank you very much for everything. It is not very easy to describe the support and professionalism of this company. I made my purchase 2 days later, it's at home! It is a privilege to deal with a company like this! Now I'm going to have to work to acquire an active pedal, if the SC2P base is what it is, I have to try an active pedal! :-) Tank You”

“I love my SC2 Pro wheelbase, but the only drawback is that they are rather expensive, as the rest of Simucube products. That's why I only give 4 of 5 stars. I'm not goning to lie, if the more affordable DD drives whould have been available at the time when I bought my SC2, then I would not have it. Furthermore, it would be nice, if one could buy separte parts of the QR. Recently, I only needed the top part of the QR, but I did not need the extender & 70mm holebase.”

“I received a detailed response in less than 24hrs when I had a configuration issue initially. It outlined the parameters of my question as well as all solutions and limitations based on the game title I was playing. Every part feels quality made and easy to assemble with the video help. Very pleased with my purchase so far and I'll be back for a wheel + base combo! P.S. - Wire management is on my list HAHA”

“The active pedals have been amazing. Well worth it. I greatly appreciate being able to adjust the profile of the pedals so easily and without having to crawl around in the floor with a wrench. Being able to set different feelings for them per car, per game is simply amazing. The support from Simucube is prompt, personal, and quite effective. I would happily recommend Simucube.”

“It's been several months with the active brake pedal and passive throttle. I could not be happier with the quality and realism these products have. The customization and the profiles available in the software are beyond top notch. I also have the pro 2 wheel base and that is another amazing product that continues to impress me with how much detail you can feel while on the track. Took a few mid level upgrades before I spent the money on simucube and I wasn't disappointed with either product or the cost associated with them. Zero issues with anything. Amazing quality and performance.”

“First they have amazing products, but when I started experiencing some noise issues with my active pedals I started getting concern. However, after my experience with their customer service team, Nea and Tuomo took great care of me. They were quick to respond and always were very understanding and helpful. It makes a big difference when someone takes the time to say they understand what you are going through and they assure you that you will get taken care of. The only reason why the response time listed is 6-12 hours is become I am EST time zone. But nonetheless I received a response every day. I will be a Simucube customer for life!”
