Order never delivered. They said it was the wrong address even though I have used Skip the Dishes many many times with the same address. When contacted for a refund, they would only give me one half of the total and it was only usable through them. Never use them again.

Drivers probably suffer from poor management too, I feel for them.

the driver, Kaitik Sharma, went above and beyond to deliver my order. This was a group order from Mcdonalds on a Wednesday evening. The coffee that I ordered got spilled and he drove to MvlcDonalds to replace it for me!
I am thrilled with his service

Update: Skip refunded the full amount on my credit card without contacting me which is why I bumped up my review from 1* to 3*
Original: Terrible service. Order was sent to restaurant 30 minutes after the order was placed. No driver was ever assigned to the order, the restaurants manager had to deliver the order himself. Skip only offered to refund the tip I had prepaid. Incredible.
