Two meals spilled out onto the floor making them inedible, because the restaurant put 3 cold soda bottles on the bottom of a paper bag!! Skip will only refund 50% because I didnt know I had to take pictures to prove it, even though I have an EYE WITNESS in the VERY KIND delivery driver who helped pick up the food off the carpet at my door! THIS IS BS!! WHY should I have to pay ANYTHING for 2 INEDIBLE MEALS!!??

MISSING items on too many orders!! Refund is great but doesn't replace not getting what was ordered and EXPECTED!! They CLEARLY DONT CARE!! Are their drivers STEALING the missing items??

I’ve had multiple issues with my orders: food delivered to the wrong address, cold meals because drivers aren’t using heat bags, and delays caused by drivers making multiple stops before mine. The service has been steadily getting worse. With my latest order being delivered to the wrong address and the company simply sending me a link to their terms and refusing a refund, I’ve decided I won’t be using them anymore.

the driver, Kaitik Sharma, went above and beyond to deliver my order. This was a group order from Mcdonalds on a Wednesday evening. The coffee that I ordered got spilled and he drove to MvlcDonalds to replace it for me! I am thrilled with his service

Update: Skip refunded the full amount on my credit card without contacting me which is why I bumped up my review from 1* to 3* Original: Terrible service. Order was sent to restaurant 30 minutes after the order was placed. No driver was ever assigned to the order, the restaurants manager had to deliver the order himself. Skip only offered to refund the tip I had prepaid. Incredible.
