Absolutely terrible service.
I placed an order and the driver gave us the wrong order.
Instead of making it right, skip refunded minus the nuggets that I received from the wrong order. Keep in mind that I order 10 items and because the wrong order was sent they refused to issue a full refund.
Absolutely terrible that I got penalized for their error.

They brought the wrong order from another restaurant. They refused to refund or reorder. We took pictures, sent in the receipt from the wrong order and they still refuse to refund. DON’T USE SKIP THE DISHES EVER.

the driver, Kaitik Sharma, went above and beyond to deliver my order. This was a group order from Mcdonalds on a Wednesday evening. The coffee that I ordered got spilled and he drove to MvlcDonalds to replace it for me!
I am thrilled with his service

Update: Skip refunded the full amount on my credit card without contacting me which is why I bumped up my review from 1* to 3*
Original: Terrible service. Order was sent to restaurant 30 minutes after the order was placed. No driver was ever assigned to the order, the restaurants manager had to deliver the order himself. Skip only offered to refund the tip I had prepaid. Incredible.
