“The company are charging me more money for my dive, even though it has been cancelled twice due to weather. Apparently they'll honour Red Balloon vouchers, but when you book direct?? They ask for more money?? I have asked if it is cancelled a third time, they will do a 'partial refund' so nearly $800 for two dives, that was supposed to be for my 50th, has turned into a really negative experience and perhaps costing me over $200 for NOTHING! Try a different company!”

Thanks for taking out time to leave us your review - we appreciate it. Unfortunately, we offer a very weather-dependent activity and sometimes despite the weather looking perfect on the ground, it can be very different at 15,000ft in the air.
