“I bought my sofa from SLF in June, it was delivered about a month ago, however when they brought it to the front door my access was too tight, the guy looked around the back and said they would bring it in through the conservatory. (better than a front door drop off I experienced with the bed purchased from elsewhere). Nothing was too much trouble for him. Service far better than expected, both before and after delivery. I love the sofa and the choice they had on website, no pressure tactics, no sale ends today and all that rubbish, unlike at least 3 other so called furniture specialists.

“Buyer beware - colour not as pictured
I purchased the demure armchair in Velluto Flamingo and whilst the product is great and the courier services were efficient. The colour itself is several times darker than pictured.
If you like lilac then ignore me but if your after a pink seat then look elsewhere.
Customer services are pretty dismissive also so don’t expect much help there.”
“Delivery of my Dillon sofa, footstool and armchair was brilliant! Can't fault the delivery but the quality of the sofa is not great. You can hear the wood creak as you sit on it and the feet for the sofa and footstool were not provided with adequate screws or screw holes. Going to have to borrow tools and buy different screws to attach the feet. Overall not impressed, wish had bought elsewhere in a sale.”

“Do not use this company. Appalling in every sense. I ordered a 5ft bed. After a month I received the completely wrong order (a 4ft bed) which had to then be returned.
I was told I would have to cancel my order and re order to receive my original order! Utterly ridiculous. When I went to re order the price had increased by almost €200! And when I emailed customer service multiple times to get assurance that my original purchase price would be honoured, nobody replied!
Appalling customer service, would never use again or recommend. Utterly unacceptable that customer service would just ignore emails.
