“I never used proxies before buying from smartproxy, they helped me a lot on how to use them and how to choose the best plan for me. The live chat is so useful and the proxies work well. Every problem can be solved in some minutes buy contacting them.”

“I've been happy so far. Using the service helped solve my issue. I had a support request that was dealt with almost instantly. I'm starting out small and I don't have experience of other providers, but it's all good for now. I'm a little concerned by the ramp up in pricing for higher tier packages, so will see how it progresses.”

“Been using SP for over 6 months, giving 4* just for 2 issues; 1. Recent price hike 2. Some IP's have incorrect DNS, and you just have to keep switching until you get proper residential IP with DNS. The other services like uptime, speed, chat-support have been truly wonderful. No reason to leave them anyhow”
