"I had a subscription box with them for several months. My December box was never shipped. Support will only (sometimes) respond via chat. 30 days after I have been charged and 4 attempts to contact support, product still has not been shipped. I cancelled before they could charge again and had to dispute the charge as fraud."

"if I could give them zero stars and still review I would, but I can\u2019t. They are the worst company ever nobody ever answers. I returned an item. Actually, I requested them to not even send to cancel the order before they even sent it out and they on their website it says right there before we send it out and if you cancel it before it shipped out, they\u2019ll do that. Well they didn\u2019t. They still shipped it out so I got my product. It didn\u2019t open it, and it was sent right back. I still haven\u2019t received my refund - I have proof that I that it was dropped off at the front desk. anytime I try to contact them nobody answers me. and then the one time they told me to check the return portal for store credit , at this point, I\u2019ll take what I can get but the return portal does not work. it will not load. it keeps pulling up cloud flare error. not to mention the fact that I had explicitly said to return it to my original payment - I wrote it on the box about four times - I wrote a separate note inside the box - i even wrote it in the online return notes. \ud83e\udee5 so they can\u2019t even claim they didn\u2019t see it it was only written 100 times everywhere. it\u2019s now August and I still have no refund and this order was placed in February so save the time and energy because that was $100 just wasted, awful people awful people"

"I made a purchase from Smoke Cartel during their 420 sale, hoping to take advantage of the discounts. I specifically requested in the order notes that if my desired color, Honey\/Topaz, was not available for the Pulsar Drop Down Bee Dab Rig, the order should be canceled. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored, and I received a hideous black color rig that had nothing to do with what I wanted.\r\n\r\nImmediately, I reached out to the company via email, seeking a solution. However, I was met with silence and no response whatsoever. Feeling frustrated and left with no other options, I decided to file a dispute with my bank, as Smoke Cartel had wrongly withheld my money and didn't even provide a return option.\r\n\r\nTo my disbelief, I received a letter from my bank stating that they would not be proceeding with the dispute, essentially allowing Smoke Cartel to get away with scamming yet another hardworking customer. I have been a repeat customer of Smoke Cartel in the past and have even recommended them, but after this experience, I can no longer do so.\r\n\r\nThe lack of decent customer service and the company's unwillingness to address and resolve my issue has left me extremely shocked and disillusioned. I expected better treatment as a valued customer, but it seems Smoke Cartel is more interested in making a quick buck than prioritizing customer satisfaction. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and advising others to do the same."
