“Although my address was given twice, for billing and delivery. I only received the goods today. Luckily this has happened to myself and the recipient of my goods before, so he realised who they were for. If this was not the case I may not of got them at all. So extra care should be taken when putting address on goods.”

“Unfortunately all 10 sheets in the Premium Glossy Greeting Card paper (300gsm) have the folds out of centre by a couple of millimetres which meant the first two cards I printed were unusable, and I'm going to have to send them back, as it is not worth the effort of trying to adapt for the misalignment. Additionally, despite promising same day dispatch if ordering before 4pm (my order was 3.39pm) my order was posted the following day and delivered 2 days after i ordered it (first class postage paid).”

“Communication good & delivery was v.quick however the paper i bought was not fit for purpose... It can only be described as self adhesive blotting paper.”

“I tried the paper on more than 5 different t-shirts and I'm afraid I got really poor results. The ink on the paper doesn't seem to stick for long; it peels off easily. It's really not the best t-shirt printing paper I've come across. I am also disappointed that I received from you an order that I did not place with insufficient postage that I had to pay. When I contacted your office, they admitted it had been sent in error and said they'd refund the amount of £2.17 to my PayPal account as well as send a pre-addressed envelope for me return the paper. Since that never happened, I'm no longer interested in the refund as I have now found a different site to purchase t-shirt printing paper.”

Sorry to hear about your experience. If the image peels off easily, it wasn't embedded enough into the fabric. Pay attention to duration of ironing and ensure your iron is over 1600 watts. As to the incorrect postage, I am sorry the partial refund wasn't done. We have now refunded your entire order. Again, this is very uncommon for us and we apologies for the incorrect postage.

“Disappointed in the self clear adhesive sheets they don't dry very well. Yes did put in it the correct way !!! Smudges even when dry, left it 24 hours still smudge.”
