“Once I had cut out what I needed and ironed on separately then it was OK but I found ironing on the whole sheet didn't work.”

“Loved the idea of making the decoration on wine bottles easier - or so I thought. Trying to wrap the film around without getting air bubbles was nigh on impossible. I have wasted several sheets so far. Other than that, the price of the goods and speed of delivery were great.”

“I bought your double sided matt photo paper. When it prints the results are very good but my Epson printer has a hard time feeding this 200gsm paper. No other type of card or paper has ever caused a hiccup but this particular medium has proved difficult to handle. On the other hand, your speed of service and the quality of the packing were excellent.”

“My problem is not that simple. I started by 'writing to you' as suggested and you replied very quickly but I was unable to write further!! Why I am not sure. It is the usual fault with any 'fill in ' survey it is too one sided. Quite simply your 'advert' referred to 100x150mm/4"x6" paper. By this I assumed that the paper supplied would be suitable for BOTH sizes.../but it wasn't it was only 150mm in length. Therefore it was no use altering the printer settings for the wrong size paper. What you assume does not matter...I have been though this all before..so I KNOW whatI am talking about. I need 6" long paper for there to be room to print the date. !50mm is not 6" and DOES NOT PRINT THE DATE although you can just see where it would go. 6" paper does exist as I have bought it retail from Rymans and Lexmark and it is about 152mm in length even if labeled 150mm. CAN YOU SUPPLY THIS. H.Williams #6448”

“I was able to print my logo designs on the clear plastic sheets but found that they were rather easy to rub off. Perhaps I do not have the correct ink, as the designs were not waterproof either. If I print any more, I will first make sure that the printer rollers are clean, as the printer also put grubby marks all the way down the page. I would also have to investigate putting a clear lacquer over the top of the logos to make them more durable. I might even do this before trying to apply them.”

“Delivery was super quick and no fuss. Unfortunately the backing paper on the vinyl sheets were too thick for my old printer so I cant use them. I'll see how the clear vinyl sheets work once in place.”

“the delivery was good but I found the product not very good the image did not transfer as a whole it left gaps and if you tried to re-apply it didn't work I followed the instructions”
