“I still haven't received my order and as I really needed my item by the latest of yesterday it was rather frustrating that there was no way of tracking my order. I placed my order on the 20th thinking that would be plenty of time for it to arrive on time as it was stated as first class delivery. I received an email from you on the 22nd stating it had been shipped but it did not give an estimated delivery date on any of the emails or web pages when ordering. And since receiving that email from you I heard nothing more about my order status. So it has been impossible to have any idea where my order is or when I will be receiving it I even tried to get more info on your website but there was nothing useful regarding order statuses.”

“I bought these transfer papers to do something special for my dad. The order had not arrived in quite some time so I contacted the company to see if they could confirm dispatch or just something to say it won't be long. I received no reply, even after a few days which for any business is appalling. I ended up going through paypal, by which they still didn't send me any sort of message and just refunded the money. I will not be doing business with this company again, and I have gone elsewhere for what I need - at a cheaper price, and no doubt it will be here sooner.”

“My transfer didn't work. I followed the instructions and the material i was transferring onto was 95% cotton so it should have been fine.”

“The product did not work. I followed the instructions exactly. It was as if the adhesive was on the wrong side. Could have been a manufacturing error or wrong instructions. Wasted my money and wasn't able to finish a christmas present”
