“I had to chase to see if and when the items ordered were ready for collection as I didn't get an confirmation email. One of the same item was ordered twice and another item was missed of the list. Upon realising I ordered the item again at returned the duplicate shower. This shower was returned almost 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund.”

“These guys were great .... My first order arrived missing an item ,call the team who sorted out the issue immediately .... The only issue I had was having to bring the plumbers back to install the missing radiator at my cost. Would have been good to have some good will for soak .....”
