“My delivery didnt come when it was supposed to (monday) so i thpight it would come on tuesday as i had paid for next day delivery when i contacted them i was told it would be Wednesday. They did refund my postage though i didnt receive anything for inconvenience caused. Saying that when the order arrived i was really pleased with the quality and for the price i paid its excellent value for money. I would order from soak again 😊”

“Good quality part. However I still think that 8 days delivery in the era of internet shopping needs improvement. Paperwork states, order date of 4Nov and dispatch date of 12 Nov and I received on 13th Nov - seems like something went awry - HOWEVER, I’m happy with my purchase and the quality.”

“Excellent radiator at a reasonable price. Only issue was when purchasing from the site, a page came up with essentials which included the valves so I purchased them also only to find that they were no good and not the correct ones, when a professional came to fit it, meaning I had to purchase another set of valves. However, the radiator looks great and the heat is amazing.”

“I phoned with measurements and asked the lady which radiator I needed, she was very helpful But sent us the wrong radiator. We wanted a vertical and was sent a horizontal, we phoned Soak to tell them, spoke to a chap called Paul who was very helpful. We are waiting for a refund. We would not recommend DX delivery company as they told us the radiator was being delivered at a certain time but didn't arrive till the next day, after a lot of phone calls to chase them up, also the valves which were in a different package was delivered the following evening by a worker on his way home.”
