“Although we have yet to install the radiator, we are happy that the process was so easy and the item arrived as promised, on time and what appears to be in good condition. If it leaks, I'll ask for a new one, but as things stand we are happy.”

“Website spreekt voor zich en als je vragen hebt Kun je dit snel stellen via de chat. Klein puntje van kritiek, ik had een specifieke leverdatum aangegeven en helaas werd jet product niet op die dag geleverd maar gelijk de dag na bestellen. Wat dus niet de bedoeling was”

“The only negative was paying for next day delivery before 1pm and it not arriving till Tuesday. I ordered on Saturday. What I didn't expect on a Sunday I thought it would have come on the Monday. If I had known I would have just paid the normal delivery and probably got it the same day.”

“Not fitted my new radiators yet but have used them before and they are very good, the rep handled my query well and the rads were delivered on time by a very friendly driver. Would use them again.”

“A good website with a good variety of products very pleased with the quality. Just to add when I got the text to say it was being delivered the next day and I had up to 21.30 that night to change the delivery date if it wasn't suitable, which it wasn't it was still delivery on the original date, lucky I was in. The driver left all the goods on the door step in the pouring rain and asked me to sign. He didn't ask where I would like my goods just went.”

“AJ was very accommodating and helpful in amending an order I had already raised a few days before. She communicated very well and kept me informed at all times. Very easy to deal with and great quality products on offer.”

“first I was not happy because products didn't come on date of arrival, but this was because goods were damaged by the logistics company, I called and send new products 2 days later everything arrived.”

“I'm happy with the products but the communication was a joke. Received an email saying the toilet was out of stock and will be delivered on another date. It was still in stock on line and when I called it was still on my delivery. Didn't receive notification of delivery so had to call and ask. Was told Wednesday but it came on the Friday before. Received an email on the day of delivery at around 11am saying my delivery will be between 7am and 6pm. Email was 4 hrs too late, good job it wasn't delivered at 7 as I wouldn't of known about it?”

“Soak itself has a great service, however I am extremely disappointed with DX the delivery company. I paid extra for nominated day delivery and the order did not arrive until the following day. This meant our plumbers had nothing to do and still needed paying costing us more money. I received no email to say why it had not been delivered or that it would not be delivered on the day that I had payed for. This is unacceptable and I look forward to hearing how you will compensate for this”

“Myself and my wife are extremely happy with our purchase, my only one criticism is that considering they are only about 10 miles away from my home delivery time was, I thought a bit long.”
