“Wij waren op zoek naar een landelijk sjiek badmeubelen en verwarming. Hier vonden wij het voor een fractie van de prijs. Wat wel opvalt is dat er 3 radiatoren verdwenen zijn tussen verzenden en bezorgen. Verschrikkelijk voor iedere ondernemer. Maar ondanks dat, loste ze keurig alles op .”

“Its nice to know if you have a problem with soak its easy to get hold of them. And although we had a few issues with damaged items replacements were send out within 2 days. The items I ordered were very good quality and would recommend them to friends.”

“Overall was impressed with the service however, I was not informed that the items would be delivered on a pallet and that it would be my responsibility to unload this and take the items into my house. Being a widow living alone there was no way that I could unload two very large items eg baths! There has also been an issue with regard to a particular item which arrived damaged (basin unit for Olympia suite). This was rectified very efficiently but the replacement received was even more damaged and I am currently awaiting a further replacement! As you can appreciate this is holding up the completion of my bathroom and it is extremely difficult to keep taking time off work whilst waiting for the delivery.”

“Some of the products I ordered were very nice however the shower tray was really badly damaged in the most poor packing ever! Both delievery drivers weren’t too keen on taking it back at first but I put my foot down and didn’t give them any other option. Overall happy with my purchase.”

“Good quality products. my only concern has been returning items. I have had to send two items back and both times they said they had not received them, i had to prove they arrived by the courier, then when they said they had refunded the money it never went into my account, i had to chase this up as well. Pity as Soak.com sell good products”
