“Best price we found and seems to be good quality items. Taps we purchased never seem to look clean which is annoying so I would go for a different style if I done my bathroom again.”

“Love the suite. Great service. But you must have made a loss because you delivered the wrong toilet and the wrong basin cabinet and replaced without taking the wrong ones back! Bonkers‼️”

“Delivered on time. Quality good but a minor scratch on chrome handle, sctatches and non-removable fingerprints on shower tray( luckily this was facing the wall) Tray not 100% straight.slight dip on edge. Reasonably satisfied but installation instructions could be improved by adding text, not just diagrams”

“Customer service was good, generally quality of products good, but a few things felt a little cheap. Had a broken toilet seat which was replaced immediately. Was able to return a few items we didn't use and the products have been holding up well to the abuse of 2 young kids!”

“Had a faulty product. These things can happen but with some companies it can be painful trying to resolve the issue. Not only was the issue resolved without question, I had a replacement the following day.”
