One of my part was missing delaying my project, which cost me standing time on plumbers then part was promised within 2DAYS! Still hadn’t arrived for the 3rd day costing me more money. Reluctant to use again.

Nice bathroom bits . It’s a pain vanity unit and Sabrina pan didn’t come with concealed cistern in Package not a lot of good with out it . You have to order that separate. We didn’t notice this and advisor didn’t say so a pain when plumber went to fit .

I was very disappointed with the condition my item was delivered, the package was open and exposed. The instructions were missing. I will not be using this company again

We visited the showroom and after waiting patiently for nearly 20 minutes we were completely overlooked by the sales rep who started helping another couple who simply collared him as he walked past (waited 40 minutes in total to be seen). The advice we were given though was good and made sense so we went away and decided what we wanted to order I rang the main number and asked to speak to the rep we'd seen in the showroom and after a short wait was told he was busy and would call us back. He didn't. It was only after two more calls from me (during one of which I was told there was no way to be put through to the showroom) that i found out he wasn't even working that day. After going through all the order details with Joe (who was in the showroom) i placed the order and requested it be delivered to my business address the following day. Not a problem coming to a business address i was told. It turned out to be a nightmare. DX carriers emailed me that evening to say it would be delivered between 7.00am and 8.45am (business hours being advised to Soak as 9 to 5.30). I rang DX to re-arrange the time and was fobbed off with a load of rubbish about driver's not leaving the depot until after 8am so there was no way it would arrive before 8.30 blah, blah, blah. 7.10am the next morning i get a phone call from the delivery driver who's trying to find the address. I explain the conversation the previous evening and he says I'M talking rubbish and that it won't get delivered if no-one is there (at a business address at 7.15 am!!!). 5 minutes later i get a call from Rachel at DX who says that there's no way they can re-deliver that day even though they've ignored that they're trying to deliver to a business outside business hours (which Soak should have made clear). I request to speak to a manager, Rachel says her manager is Laura Stanley and she'd call me when she got in at 9am (it's alright for HER not to be available until 9am it seems, just not the rest of us). 9am comes and goes and no phone call. 10am arrives and still no phone call. I call DX AGAIN and eventually get to speak to Michelle who says she will find out who from DX gave me the rubbish information and also try to see if the delivery can be re-tried - it can't - so she says she'll try to get it "upgraded" (how is being a day late an upgrade?) to a Saturday delivery. She gives me her mobile number in case anything goes wrong. How could she know that something would go wrong? Saturday comes and no tracking information so i ring DX again to be told (seemingly by the same B.S. merchant that gave me the intial false information) that it was definitely out on the truck and would be with me after 3pm. 3pm comes and goes and no delivery. I ring DX only to find their offices close at 3pm - what a surprise that i should be told to wait until after 3pm before ringing back about a non-existent delivery. I try to ring Michelle - no answer. I ring again (4 times in total) and after the 3rd attempt the phone goes directly to voicemail instead of ringing out as it had previously. If i was a cynical person i'd think someone didn't want to talk to me (can't blame them, i was immensely pee'd off by this point). So i rang Soak.com and got told the delivery has been made and signed for by someone with my name. I rang my office to see if it had been delivered there - nope! Delivery gone missing, no tracking info and a forged signature. I put the onus on Soak.com to sort this mess out as they're the ones i have the contract with, and if they don't then a) there'll be a complaint being made for either fraud or theft, and b) they'll be refunding me with immediate effect. I was even told that i'd have to wait for the refund until Soak.com got the goods back from DX!!! The ONLY, and i mean ONLY, reason this got sorted out at all was most definitely not down to anyone at Soak.com giving a monkey's; i never got a call back from anyone at Soak, with an apology or just to see if everything arrived o.k. No, the only reason i got the products at all was due to Andy, the manager at DX's Bilborough depot, being such a conscientious individual and ringing me directly to apologise and inform me the delivery hadn't gone out on the van at all and that he would bring it himself in his own car. Soak.com have never contacted me (there was going to be another order go in for my Mother's bathroom but they've shot that). Michelle at DX has never contacted me. The advice i was given by Joe at Soak about what i needed to order was wrong, he said i needed a mounting kit that i didn't, they come with the toilet pan. Sunny at Soak.com said he'd call me to let me know what had gone wrong and still hasn't. The only erason this didn't go very public was due to Andy at DX. I hope they appreciate that man, he saved them one hell of a bad review.

I ordered and paid. You sent the part within one day. Fitted the part the day of delivery. Done and dusted within 2 days. What more do you want??. Superb service and delivery.

The Bath quality is very good. I'm a plumber and fitted one last month that a customer ordered it online, very much an inferior product to this one. When i ordered the L shaped bath the online "shop assistant" was very useful and offered me the next day delivery ( £40 extra) telling me that it would be refunded to my account as the ordering system was playing up and would not let me order it any other way. HOWEVER, im still waiting for the "refund". I would not have taken the next day delivery didn't need it, just hope i get refunded soon. (if this site is monitored by Soak check the online chat thats recorded regarding the order, it clearly states that your assistant was going to refund me the delivery cost) thank you

This company needs to understand customer service and that while they sub contract deliveries out it is still their responsibility The delivery company they use can only dream of rising to mediocre This service is reflecting badly on soak After much persuasion soak customer service put pressure on delivery company to fulfill they order

They do have a good selection. Their prices fluctuate a lot. When I bought from there they were giving £100 off if you spent £500. I thought that was very good but the following week I could have got for £25 cheaper. Not impressed. I only recommend them because of the good selection of radiators.

Poor customer service basin mixer never turned up with the shower I ordered, was promised redelivery three times but it never arrived, eventually had to cancel the order and get the mixer tap elsewhere

I ordered a sink and vanity unit combination. In the first delivery, the sink was smashed and the unit broken on two sides. On the second delivery the sink was smashed and the unit damaged on only one side. Third time lucky , both components delivered intact. In all cases the packaging was not damaged! Soak dealt with this very well and delivered each replacement in a very timely manner and with no fuss. Good customer service.

The courier they used just left my purchases on the door step and didn’t contact me at all, they were supposed to contact on the day by email and / or text to give an idea of the delivery slot. I had arranged to come out of work once they contacted me but as they didn’t I went home at lunchtime to see my goods just left on the landing outside the maisonette, I was shocked as anyone could of took them, the help desk refunded my delivery charge of £14.99 but it still poor service. I now have a bath panel to return but I’ve got to pay for the return (another downside). Only time will tell if the goods are up to scratch, they look okay for the money.

Doing a building project so sourced and bought some items from Soak - online process was fine, delivery was fine but we received a very strange item which didn't seem to match anything we were expecting - we were expecting a shower tray riser kit but this was a 1000 quad kit. Anyway, our builders managed to find what they needed in the pack to avoid delays. Contacted Soak to try to get to the bottom of what they'd sent and whether they wanted it back. The guy who answered the email provided THE most unhelpful reply EVER - seriously, a simple yes or no would have done but no, this guy has to quote part numbers (tip for Soak - I don't have access to your inventory so without a description part numbers not at all helpful!) emailed back asking for clarification to get quite a snotty email telling me he'd provided the info first time and again, providing a clarification that made my 3 year old nursery stories seem clear and concise! Emailed again expressing the lack of helpfulness and asking for a managers telephone number but instead got a very slightly clearer reply from someone else apologising for the first emails and (we think) telling us that they don't want said part back as this is what we were supposes to get (cue eyebrow raise!) anyway, as we raided the random item for what we needed and with the lack of an affirmative for them wanting the random part back its now in the skip. Long story for a very short - get your customer service staff to provide clearer answers?!?

things arrived on time. But the after service for online queries was not helpful at all. There is not point on in having a chat option if you are told to call back and press 3. I called on Saturday too and whilst the agent was nice, she was no help at all as gave me the wrong information. So no, I would not recommend highly.

Pros: prompt response to the order. Every customer service representative presents professional attitude and high level of skills. Very helpful if you manage to speak to them. Prompt response to after sales cases with good and efficient solution provided. Every verbally agreed action is promptly confirmed in writing by email. Cons: Difficult to contact customer support. Waiting time for somebody to pick up is 20-40 minutes based on real experience in different days, different times of the day. In case the refund is obtained the email confirmation is provided quickly but ... It is 22nd of March and I'm still waiting for refund confirmed on 07th of March. This long (12 WORKING DAYS) waiting time for refund is not customer friendly nor industrial standard. It is clearly communicated by every representative but still makes me think that soak practices holding to customer money for as long as possible. Using incapable delivery company: received 2 damaged shower enclosures one after another. This destroyed my work schedule completely.

First delivery was very impressed . Delivered on day arranged on time delivery drivers very good, but the second as yet still not recd...... on phoning not helpful at all, very dismissive greatly dissatisfied at present.
