Quality is very poor

I wasn’t necessarily happy, the item was left in next doors front garden in the rain after I waited in for two days and it had a chip on the inside where a screw has had split the wood, so not perfect. The sink itself is more suited to a closet WC rather then a bathroom as it’s rather small.

It was a struggle, but we got there in the end... Firstly, the order I tried to place online failed to go through on 3 occasions. Each occasion it told me that the order had failed and no payment was taken. Wrong! They'd charged my credit card three times and hadn't actually generated an order. So I had to wait for 5 working days for the payments to clear back off my credit card so I could place the order again, which I did on the phone this time (trust issues starting...!) They attempted delivery during the 30 minute window in which no-one was home as I was at work and hubby needed to get the kids from school - no option to book a time-slot which I found poor. Unprepared to wait for my husband to return home, the (very rude) delivery man explained they were failing the delivery and i'd have to re-book. Unhelpful lady on the phone at delivery depot re-booked my delivery a few days later, but again would not give me a time slot. They again tried to deliver during the school run (because why not) but thankfully we'd had the foresight to ask my Mother to wait in at our house. Delivery driver dropped of the bathroom suite and carried it into the front room for my Mum. I returned home from work and unboxed my toilet cistern to find a box of broken ceramic confetti instead a toilet. I'm unsure how on earth the delivery driver hadn't realised the box was jangling when he brought it into my house, but we'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Lady on the phone from Customer Service was lovely and did arrange for a new one to be sent out, without quibble, and which arrived fairly quickly, and in one piece, thankfully. All in all, I'm happy with the quality of the stuff they supplied, but the whole process getting there was fairly stressful.

Like the products website etc. But delivery has been a problem, previous order 3 years ago had been slightly damaged. And the box my latest delivery in was very damaged. Checked inside and everything seems OK. But not very happy with how they have arrived. Not contacted support either time because it seemed like too much effort to rearrange and I was quite late seeing them when they finally got installed

The actual tap is nice, deceitful company though, as A month after ordering the tap for cheaper they advertise as “new in” for £5 more l!

You sent the wrong tap and you're not replying on emails so you tell me how you are doing... Finally got the right valves. Only took 2 months and a few emails. Good radiators but customer service.... Could be better.

The plug was missing from the original delivery but after a phone call to soak.com this was sent out immediatel which made me very happy

Order was not delivered in full due to couriers damaging it in transit. Due to the delay in a response from customer services I had to purchase a replacement elsewhere. The matter has now been amicably resolved. Roy Bancroft Regards Roy Bancroft

Paid for next day delivery, got the item five days later. When we eventually got the sink It had a crack in it, so they had to send a replacement sink. Was happy with unit and sink in the end.

Hi I have spoken to two people about when we ordered I put the code on for ten percent off but it wouldn’t take it even though we had exceeded the price you had to spend so only got five percent off. They said someone pull call me back about it but hasn’t. We had the wrong bath delivered and wrong delivery notes, when I called was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Was told I would get a phone call back to arrange collection and other one delivered but I didn’t they just turned up. We have asked if we can have our shower screen swapped as wrong size but been to,d we have to return it ourself!

Just purchased this Shower Tower, not sure at first, looks great in the picture but not so great in the flesh, fits straight on to the 15mm hot and cold supply, only problem is the cold over powers the hot, the plumber has installed correctly but despite having the thermostat control upto 55 degrees i'm still only getting a luke warm shower when it should be teking the skin off at that temp. Hopefully SOAK can provide a technical solution .......
