“I like the items that I chose”

“Good price, products seem good quality, Terrible customer service though. The delivery company smashed part of our toilet in the depot and told us a new part would be delivered the next day. Nothing arrived. After numerous phone calls, people on the phone telling me it would be sorted only to then get an email reply back the next day asking for details I had already given or photo evidence of the broken toilet I never saw, poor communication between departments, and another weeks wait, my new toilet part eventually arrived. No apology from the company at any point, very disappointed,”

“everything was fine until we tried to return surplus item. Soak then made it as difficult as possible to return the item and delayed the refund as long as possible. Bearing in mind that we had spent considerable amounts with SOAK on a complete house refurbishment, we felt this was totally inappropriate.”

“Item is good quality, however it came pre fitted and this had been done in a shoddy way. Upper drawer was not screwed in level and therefore constantly jars agains door below. Delivery was delayed as, despite mobile number being provided, it was never used to confirm delivery address and alternate delivery options.”

“Mixed experience. Late delivery which was frustrating. Compensation amount agreed which was good. Comoensation took over 2 weeks to be transferred which was annoying”

“On this occasion everything arrived on time and for once nothing was damaged or missing. If you are in the trade like I am, it's advisable to leave plenty of time between delivery and work starting to sort out any problems with them. The kit is very good quality and reasonably priced, though things like traps and fixing kits are cheaper from plumbers' merchants.”

“Had a problem with an item an got told that id get back to with a solution within 48 hours an nobody got back to me. Plumber working down my house has also been waiting 5 days for a reply”

“The products are reasonably priced and the quality is pretty good. Customer service is poor; you wait ages for someone to answer the phone. The staff have contradictory messages and they’re not much help if you need to take something back- refunds take ages and there’s no way they’ll collect, even if you’re making more orders. The website doesn’t say things like whether the toilets are open backed or not (which a plumber would need to know), but it looks pretty. Would I use soak again? Not if I can afford to shop elsewhere. The products are fine and reasonable. What you save on the products you lose on phone calls and trips to Nuneaton.”

“Good selection of products... Bit of a problem though, the bath panel I ordered was the wrong size so I returned it Sat 4th August and I am still waiting for the refund...perhaps you could look into it?”

“the product quality and price is good. unfortunately one part of the delivery was missed and I had to repeatedly chase. the product was then not delivered on the chosen day and actually just randomly arrived”
