“the product quality and price is good. unfortunately one part of the delivery was missed and I had to repeatedly chase. the product was then not delivered on the chosen day and actually just randomly arrived”

“Not really that happy, had a catalogue of faults, mistakes in deliveries, not very quick at getting back to you or effectively resolving problems, currently in my 4th week of waiting for a refund on items returned and signed off by you, even though ive e mailed and called several times.”

“The delivery was a nightmare could not get me a time and did not leave the package with a neighbour, for some reason the company you use decided my postcode comes under Shrewsbury postcode which is about 40 miles from me , the same company used to use deeside north wales which is 15 miles from me , so because of this I won’t be ordering anything else as I am not driving to Shrewsbury to pick up parcels”

“my items arrived without toilet..i phoned and asked where it was and was told itwas on the screen it was missing when shipped and I wouid be informed by email when they found it in warehouse....I cancelled fitter and waited ...I then received email saying my order was despatched...not giving a date...I arrived home from work to find it on front garden....really bad service....I wont be using them again ...wouldent recommend them to anybody.....product good value though...just not worth the hassle”

“The basin is exactly as required and described. poor packaging meant first delivery was smashed and then had to chase a few times to get resolved. Soak take ages to answer calls and service is pretty poor.”

“My son ordered it for me, used his email. He is a plumber. When he received the email to confirm delivery all it said was sometime over the next five days so he rang them for more info on delivery at which point the girl on the phone cited the official secrets act so he had to call me and i had to call to ask the same inane question after another lengthy wait to get through. Anyway the girl on the phone confirmed it would be sometime over the next five days, to which I explained that i had a life, she suggested i leave a note on the door to let the driver and any would be burglar that i was out and to leave it somewhere else for a possible thief to steal, with obviously the onus on me if that were to happen, anyway I explained that wasn’t the way I carried on, and said I’ll wait for the eventual rigmarole of a delivery when i was out and began to look forward to the argument that would ensue when soak wanted another extortionate delivery fee. As it happens my son recieved an email from the delivery firm shortly after with a date (shhh, dont let mi6 know) and all ended well. Some better info given to the girl on the phone would have been good, or better communication between soak and courier, anyway i wont use them again, neither will my son. Lifes too short for that nonsense that is charged out at £25 a go.”

“It looked very good but could not fit it as not all the parts were ( feel one should not have to go and purchase more parts to fit it) there so had to return after a long talk over the phone and now waiting for a refund.”
