Unsurprisingly, the Coventry Evening Telegraph reported that this company is no more. Bought a complete bathroom from them just over a year ago. Shower tap - lasted four months, replacement lasted two months - replaced it with a Triton one. Shower door handle is hanging off. Shower door guides, both broken and now irreplaceable. Shower drain fittings not fit for purpose. Toilet seat, broken after six months, now broken again. This company thrived on selling cheap and nasty tat. Our previous bathroom/shower ensemble was mostly maintenance free fro 20 years. Buy cheap. Buy twice.

Well you haven't made me happy. This is a complaint. You haven't refunded me when you promised to refund me for a shower mixer you could not honour the warranty for. I bought a replacement on the promise that you would refund me. Don't trust this company

Positively awful. Sell goods they don't have and do not have on back order. It took Customer service 18 minutes before they could tell me that on a phone call. And still not refunded. Personally, I won't be rushing back.

Having placed my order, I then received countless emails telling me certain items were out of stock, I replied with an alternative and then received an email stating it was too late to add to my order, even though I replied immediately with an alternative, my order in part is being delivered today 14th Aug, although I have no knowledge of what will be on that delivery or when the out of stock items will arrive, I spent over £1000, and to be honest am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the lack of stock which was clearly added to my basket without problem. I only hope that the company sorts my order out promptly and lets me know what is happening!!!!

The item was delivered over four weeks after ordering. It said max 12 working days. I called to find out about delivery. The radiator was delaying plumbing finishing on our house renovation and therefore our move in date. I am 34 weeks pregnant. When I called I was told it would be here the following Wednesday and they couldn’t give our builders any info about where the brackets were placed on the rad or the details they required to continue working on it. It didn’t arrive Wednesday so I called again- this time they said it would be Monday or Tuesday before the delivery would arrive as couriers were to be in the area. It didn’t - I called again and this time was told Thurs or Friday. The most I was offered in all of this was delivery refund. It seems like a simple thing but it caused a huge amount of stress and a lot of follow up. We are renovating our house and we’re looking at tiles etc but I just feel like it’s so unreliable now. We still have not received our refund for delivery.

Order received minus vanity unit, tap, pop up waste, door handle and some pipe. Phoned 3 minutes after delivery was received and was told Soak would send out another tap, pop up waste and pipe but would need to talk to courier re vanity unit. Not sure why they did not have to check the rest, maybe they were never despatched! Tap, pop up waste and pipe was received 3 days later. After many calls over more than a week I finally spoke to Tiffany who said they were in the process of shipping tap, pop up waste and pipe and when I told her we already had them but still no vanity unit, she went and checked and came back apologised and said she would get it despatched. 2 days later it was delivered to an empty house round the corner from us and we only found out because our postman saw the package sitting in the yard of the other house. The door handle arrived today 2 weeks later!!!! Would I recommend NO

The items I ordered were brilliant. Very good standard, However when an error was made on my part I tried to correct this, trying to contact the company on many occasions, there customer service and communication was shocking! calls were left unanswered, many emails sent by myself with no response. As a result in their poor customer service I canceled my whole order and took my custom elsewhere...... just waiting for a refund now, although I’m not holding my breath that’s for sure!

I have spent over £600 and to net free delivery it states 2-8 working days. Today is day 9 and I have still not been informed as to when I will receive it. It is a large delivery so I need to be home. I have emailed to see if I can get a date but still had no response. I expected better.

Hi, my recent order from Soak was to replace a Colosseum radiator that rusted through at the valve in less that two years. The new one arrived with a chip in the enamel, but I haven't got the energy to order a new on and rearrange the fitting. I just wish a decent company supplied similar radiators that were made properly with attention to quality - they are beautiful radiators, but they are badly made with sloppy attention to detail.

still waiting for un-damaged goods. Ordered mid-April and now it's end of May and latest update suggests sometime towards end of June that replacements will be available. 2 whole units shipped - both damaged in some way.. and have to disposed of - such a waste of materials (& now our local recycling site will charge us to dispose of "construction waste"). Avoid at all costs and go to a high street retailer that can check the goods aren't damaged before they *carefully* deliver them.

Well I’m not a happy customer.. I ordered a sink vanity unit .. arrived without notice the courier threw the item off the back lorry .. I was told this by my daughter.. I opened the box to find the unit very badly damaged !! So I rang customer services which to be fair were very efficient.. and sent a replacement.. this came and was also very badly damaged!! By this time over five weeks have passed.. having to put trades men off . So I decided to by local and pick the items up myself!! Like I say customer services very good ... your choice of courier leaves a lot to be desired.. hopefully this is a rare case .. if it isn’t you need your own delivery people.. I hope this will be addressed.. thanks Richard

The items ordered were a good price and decent quality but the delivery was not at all good. I ordered several items but 1st 2-man delivery only brought me some sealant and a connection pipe. It took several phone calls and another 2 weeks to get the rest of the order.

First order of radiators came with grey valves when I ordered white to match the radiators. Second order of a vanity unit, stone top and basin all came and all 3 were damaged. Sink smashed into bits, leg on vanity unit ripped off and stone top chipped. All issues dealt with well by customer service but has really put me off ordering now as I expect there to be a problem if I do.

I order a unit and basin and 3 times it arrived damaged. Cracked sink and heavily chipped unit. The customer service was good, but I had to wait around 5 days for each replacement and irrelevant as the product turned up damaged each time.

Unreliable and terrible customer service, they won’t pick up the phone, they won’t reply to emails, had to call 3 times and every time I had to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes. I had a missing toilet on my first order, had to chase them for a replacement, got sent tracking numbers twice for deliveries that never arrived, on week days that I had to take off work and sit at home all day (in order to receive these deliveries between 8am and 6pm), and had to call a last time to tell them to not bother sending anything and ask for my money back. The stuff they sell is nice but can’t deal with this, total joke.

Mirrored bathroom cabinet has a small chip in the corner, I contacted over a week ago to tell them about the damage and no response as yet... :-(
