Soak.com didn't make me happy. I have placed an order and heard nothing about it. I've contacted the company asking for an update and heard nothing either. Not exactly great customer service. They were happy to take my money quickly enough though.

I received my vertical radiator today and it has visible scratches on it. I emailed the after sales team - CASE-671412

Unfortunately I was only informed my item was out of stock on the afternoon of the day I had waited in for delivery, having paid £16.99 for the next day service. This went into my spam folder so I waited in all day for a £36 thermostat which was waiting in my communal hallway because the delivery driver didn't ring the bell. Still waiting almost two weeks for the full refund. All the customer services operators have been very polite but I would never use soak again.

They didn’t. The customer service was terrible. They cancelled part of my order without telling me! We’re useless when I contacted them!

Firstly, the sink I ordered with other bathroom items, wasn't delivered, so we had to wait another 4-5 days for it to arrive. Had a plumber on standby, to install bathroom while we were on holiday. Then the bath (when pulling off wrapper), was found to have a big scuff mark down it (deep scuff). This matter then over took our holiday in USA making numerous calls to get the matter sorted. The bath finally arrived 5 days AFTER we returned from our 2 week holiday. Which totally defeated the object of it all being installed while we were away. Not to mention over shadowing our holiday & have all the mess & fitting when we returned.

The after care offered on the Cambridge marine mist combined vanity unit I purchased was abysmal and I feel I have been hitting a brick wall, being continually told ‘sorry we can’t help’.

Complete confusion as to whether you had the product or not. I ordered and payed for it. then received an email that it was out of stock. When I asked when it would be in stock, I was told it could take up to 7 days to reply to me. A few days later I received an email saying it would be delivered the next day. Total confusion!

I was disappointed to find the parcel I ordered left my my back gate without being signed for! Luckily it was still there when I got home. There was a scratch on the product when I got it out of the box but I believe this was down to the delivery rather than Soaks fault

The unit is fine but their returns policy is misleading; the returns are not free you are just ‘free’ to return at your own cost. So pay for delivery and pay for return. Customer service did not help.

Quality products until you want to order after 1pm or require a refund 10 days had to wait still no credit had visit them they then credited 4 days later but credited with wrong amount incompetent

Mostly reasonable quality items. Some not quite the quality that is made out in the description. However main reason for my rating is the poor after sales care. Broken promises, missing items on orders etc

Nothing really went right! We had a shower enclosure delivered, and one panel was damaged. Two weeks and three replacements later, we finally got one that was acceptable. It was still damaged, but in a place that was hidden as part of the installation. Not Soak's finest hour!

The price, ordering, delivery and initial impression of both products was good. However, after several months it has become apparent that the veneer in both the vanity unit and bath panel is unsuitable for bathroom use. Small water splashes if not removed immediately breaches the seal of the veneer causing swelling of the internal wood and budging and cracking of the veneer. Sadly I don't think these products will last long in any bathroom

Bathroom unit missing ,this was then replaced thank you . Shower tray didn't arrive as it was damaged before arrival new one sent shortly after then we found when unpacked a big chip on it (this is due for arrival tomorrow thank you ) However I sent you 2 emails over a week ago as one of the units was scratched I sent pictures and I haven't even had a reply !

Not too happy on this occation as there were serious problems with delivery that were not addressed with any haste and put us in danger of paying over run costs. This may be a one off but sorry not impressed with customer service and makes us think again about using the company

The pedestal was broken on delivery but customer services were great and dispatched a replacement within two days.
