Failure to deliver on date stated with no communication about issue. Wasted a whole day and missed a concert at considerable cost. Second delivery missing toilet pan with no communication again. Another day wasted and another day waiting for the toilet pan to be delivered. No communication except when I contacted Soak to find out why things had gone so wrong. POOR!

Goods were faulty on arrival I was told to contact manufacurer to resolve as it was not a product manfufacured by Soak & await engineer attending to recify - time lost & day taken out of work - not productive - not good after sales support.

I had to chase to see if and when the items ordered were ready for collection as I didn't get an confirmation email. One of the same item was ordered twice and another item was missed of the list. Upon realising I ordered the item again at returned the duplicate shower. This shower was returned almost 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund.

Been happy with the quality of product so far (not moved back in yet), but it has been a few things. First delivery was lost in transit, could understand that then the next delivery was mixed colours. then the sink was marked. Don't get me wrong when speaking to people on the phone they were lovely and very helpful but with this many disruptions it has cost me with standing workers and missed dates.

The bathtub legs arrived late, we were lucky that our plumber had spare kit. I received information email though that something is not in stock but from that email I could not understand what was missing. I was trying to contact the seller through call phones and emails but there was no one to respond. Sorry, I will never again buy from them and would not recommend to anyone

The loo seat was not included in the initial order and should have been ( We have still not received it or confirmation of when we are likely to receive it). A new order was placed for a cistern but the one sent is not compatible with unit ordered. I will be telephoning to explain this on 3rd September.

The shower tray I ordered was delivered twice and it was damaged for not accepted. Asked for refund only for them to deliver another damaged shower tray and not give me the refund!

I ordered my products on 29th July & they wernt delivered until 26th August 2 & 1/2 weeks late. Customer service was extremely poor

I discovered when it arrived that my wall could not support the weight of the radiator and so I had to return it. The staff and process was ok but the return slip was sent in a strange xls format that couldn’t print and I had to hire a van to return it at personal expense of over £70, about 25% of the refund cost!

The sink was broken before it got off the lorry. I was told that another one was on the way do organised for the plumber to come but it didn't arrive. When I called to see when it was coming they said that another was not on the way and had not been re-ordered. It was therefore another week to wait for the sink to arrive. I have since emailed to ask about replacement toilet seats and had no reply.

Two weeks after the majority of my order arrived i am still waiting for a replacement part which arrived damaged. This has held off my builder being able to complete the work. Also, it has resulted in me having to chase the replacement because initial dates were not met.

I use your products a lot as I renovate properties but you have let me down this time. I paid for a delivery to be made on Tuesday 28th August but I still haven’t received the goods. I spoke to two people at Soak on Thursday 30th. One was unhelpful and said there wa# noth8ng that he could do. The second person did try to help and rang DX for me. She was told that the delivery would be made with8n 30 minutes. It didn’t arrive. DX keep sending messages to say the goods will be delivered and they don’t arrive. They now say they will be delivered on the 3rd September. One week late! DX are letting Soak down.

I purchased a column radiator about 2 months ago and we had it installed by a competent experiences plumber and have noticed the radiator is slightly bowed, which we are not happy about, especially as we've had to pay someone to fit it and probably now have to pay them again to take it off and re fit a new one. We emailed a complaint hoping something would've been done about it, but we had no response. My low rating is really based on the customer service. The radiator itself is a lovely radiator, just a shame it has a fault with it.

cistern arrived with wrong size siphon inside. Re ordered to receive smashed cistern with correct siphon. 3rd time lucky with cistern and siphon correct size

Sink top was broken on arrival. Although I appreciated the timely replacement. Your delivery service do not give any idea of time for delivery unlike other companies. The order was missing the front loading cistern which despite 2 emails I never received. Quality was OK but drawers of unit do not open very smoothly
