The spec on the shower was far from accurate and it took at lot of effort to get an agreement for it to be picked up for return. The courier didn't turn up the first time and then there was a long delay for the refund.

You didn’t you did quite the opposite, don’t tell people you have next day delivery when you took 7 days to order my “in stock” items. No apology only that it had been delivered to the wrong department, had to cancel the Plumber, Tiler, and flooring contractor due to the incompetence of your shipping department. Looks like I’ll be using your competitors next time. Ref. UK102280105

Paint layer is extremely thin and not well bonded to surface. Lots of small chips from installation. Bathroom fitter advises it is likely to deteriorate with normal wear and tear. Have been on the line trying to discuss with Soak.com for about 25 mins. Nobody is answering.

Ordered July 2018,Delivery was fine and went really well however there has been a problem with the enclosure fitting measurements (as well as a missing seal and screw covers) and the installer insists the problem is the enclosure. However after 3 phone calls and 3 emails, after a month I still haven't had a response from Soak.com. My 10 year guarantee seems of no value. The installer won't take responsibility and without Soak.com's reply, I can't challenge him. So I have an unusable shower enclosure and have paid out nearly £2K in total. *UPDATE* Nov 2018, Finally after submitting more emails (seemingly ignored), and a couple of phone calls, Soak sent me the missing bits. They also confirmed my fitting issue is because the wallboards were fitted behind the fixtures for the shower rather than stopping inside the cubicle edges (worth noting if you're fitting wallboards) If you have a problem, I'd say don't bother going down the email route because initially a 48hrs response time is promised but this then stretches to a 7 working day guarantee on your follow up email wondering if they got your first email. Actually they didn't respond to my initial email until I left a review and even then didn't resolve my problems. *IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS, RING AFTERSALES* I had to hold on for a very long time each call but finally the last time got through to a pleasant and competent person who arranged dispatch of parts within a few days and replied to my query re: sizing. Would I use them again? Doubtful. The quality of the shower enclosure is good, I can't deny, but the aftersales was so incredibly poor. If I had the option to buy similar quality at a competitive price elsewhere, I would.

Experience would have been great however I was meant to be given a refund for one of my items one MONTH ago now and it has STILL not been refunded after numerous emails and calls and promises that it would be refunded immediately!!

Cabinets OK but sink arrived smashed. Reported to Soak. After 9 days, still waiting for them to respond. Have tried phoning 10 times, hanging on for10 mins each time, sent 4 emails, cannot get any answer. Fitters have moved onto another job leaving shower room unfinished. Appalling service.

The delivery arrangements were awful. I spoke to so many people and was promised call backs that didn’t happen. In the end I spoke to the delivery company myself and dealt with it. Not a great experience to be honest. I have since needed a shower valve and opted to order from an alternative supplier because of what happened. Shame because the products are good but it’s not worth the hassle.

Had to wait 6 weeks to get a refund on a returned item even though I called 3 times about it and each time someone was meant to get back to me but never did. I had to check my bank to find out the refund had been made did not even bother to let me know, so much for good customer service

your refund service is diabolical. had to chase you several times over several months at my own expence in order to get a refund on goods that had been returned three months prior

I received an Shower screen from a courier and the box was damaged so I marked item not checked, on opening the item ready to fit the 6mm thick very heavy glass was chipped right where it joins the hinges of the screen and was clear to see, all I can say is how did this pass quality control, coupled with the £25 delivery charge I’m not a very happy customer.

ordering fine products okay prices okay - delivery and communication of delivery utterly appalling. Phoned when placed order said it would be with us on or before 10 working days. Still had not heard anything the 9th day finally got a notification from delivery firm with time then a text message with a supposed fault but no means of rearranging - subsequent phone calls revelled that goods had not been picked until late on the 9th working day so not ready for delivery company to pickup. When called delivery company to rearrange told it would be the following Thursday another week away as they only deliver Tuesday and Thursday I did ask why they couldn't deliver that Tuesday they were already committed. I do wonder what would have happened if I had paid for express delivery - seemed that you didn't care as it was under free delivery.
