Fine if your item not damaged. If you have to call them takes 15 minutes to get through and staff sound stressed out and trying to do too much. Pain to sort out replacement and refund for delivery.

The initial delivery was incomplete and packaging was damaged and covered in an unknown substance which got onto my wife’s hands when she was asked to check the delivery by the driver as he did not have any delivery information. This incident has been reported and registered with Soak.com but there has been no response to date. This demostates a very poor attitude and a lack of understanding of this company’s responsibilities for the health and safety of their customers. The missing items have now been delivered and the delivery driver on this occasion was very helpful and courteous, hence the higher score than you would have expected. I look forward to receiving A response from Soak.com to this review in the near future.

When I ordered the products; a bath screen and a tube of sealant, I was told that they would be delivered 0n March 6. The driver (from DX) who came on March 6 delivered only a damaged and leaking tube of sealant and informed me that another driver would be delivering the screen later that day. Nobody came. I have since purchased another tube of sealer. When I telephoned SOAK the following day it took over 15 minutes to get through (a pattern that was repeated on the 3 further occaions that I tried to telephone). I was then informed that the original screen had been damaged when being removed from the warehouse and that a replacement would be supplied. No information was given as to when thar replacement would be delivered. All in all my experience with Soak has not been satisfactory

A ten day delivery seemed excessive, and then arrived minus the basin. Therefore not fitted yet, waiting for the basin. Communication not a strong point with Soak.

Ordered a whole bathroom suite, the bath front panel was missing and the basin for the vanity unit. Called up straight away explained missing parts, called 24hrs later now answer about when I would be receiving the missing items hand email a week later. 11 days after first delivery the front panel arrived with another vanity unit i now had two vanity units neither with a basin.. Called up straight away and eventually 14 days after receiving the most of the suite i finally had what i ordered and paid for. Ladies on phone very helpful but packing and warehouse department not so i would not recommend you to friends or family sorry but you say next day delivery which i except is not really going to happen but waiting 15 days to get my full order and not even receiving a discount is shameful....

Firstly the £800 order was placed for all in stock items, with numerous delivery dates available, I gave 2 weeks notice so thought there would be no issues with delivery. Come the delivery date, after waiting in all day, @ 7pm finally the delivery arrived, only to be 5 radiator valves, and the 5 radiators totalling the majority of the £800 spend to soak was nowhere to be seen. This then meant I had to cancel the contractor who was fitting the radiators sat and loose my deposit. Soak customer service said on contacting them it was the delivery firms mistake and could do nothing, could not confirm if the delivery would take place the following mon or any useful detail despite me advising I would not be in, which was the whole reason for booking a specific date / taking time off work to be in to take delivery. The delivery firm then on mon confirmed my order was now scheduled for the following fri, and that it was Soaks fault the original full order did not take place due to how they sent the order through to them! The delivery firm is now also quoting 3 items to arrive when I have paid for 5 and I have had no response to the complaint I have made directly to Soak via their own feedback form online. As a result I am out of pocket, still non the wiser if I will get my correct order now some 4 weeks after placing the order and Soak taking full payment, having to take more time off work, and seemingly no one being bothered at Soak to acknowledge this lack of service and do a thing about it. As a result I will be looking at cancelling the order to get my £800 back and not ordering from Soak again.

I ordered my product two weeks ago and it is yet to arrive, I haven't received any confirmation of dispatch but I have received 2 emails now asking me to review a radiator that hasn't arrived. Been on hold to your contact number for 45mins as your fb messenger says 'we aren't here right now.' Supposed to be getting it fitted at the start of the week.

rubbish customer service. no reply from numerous emails, phone calls take ages to answer (over 15 minutes just to talk to someone).

I made two phone enquires (prior to purchase) to try and obtain some dimensional data relating to the L shaped bath. Neither of these were responded to so had to call back - but they couldn't help me - and one of the queries was just the height of the feet!...but the main thing was the time and phone calls (4 in all) I had to make to get an item that had been missed off the original delivery. It took 2 weeks in the end and SOAK seemed to put more priority on why the item had been missed rather than getting a replacement sent. Not exactly 'Customer Focused'! ...and then, after eventually getting the replacement I got an e-mail to say they had despatched another one!!!!

Post-order service awful. Delivery delayed several weeks and was not informed. Had to chase for delivery date which was incorrect. Still have not received item so can’t comment on quality

Soak let me down I paid £39.99 for next day delivery which never turned up for a further 24 hours without any contact from them until I contacted them but they still took the money very poor

I ordered an item on the 31st Jan and recieved it on the 18th Feb, item was in stock when i ordered according to the website, i sent 2 emails to Seller and didnt recieve any reply. Overall not a good experience, But item fine once it showed up.

They did not make me happy. Sink arrived damaged and they said it would be 2-8 working days to replace it. Supervisor wouldn't talk to me about it. I had to kick up a fuss to get a replacement sent out sooner

The wrong was basin was delivered and it seems to be taking ages to resolve problem. 48 hours for a response to something that was their error is unacceptable. Still waiting to be told what’s happening and when I will get the basin I ordered. Not good having spent £1800 with them.
