Quality of products is not great, it's have been received damaged and communication from courriers has been non existent so left not knowing when items will arrive

First trade order with you. Needed the goods asap, showing in stock on the web site. When the order was placed I was told I couldn't pay extra for a quicker delivery and it would take 2 to 8 working days to deliver the goods. It took exactly 8 and 3 phone calls chasing a delivery date. Due to this I have had an upset customer and for a large company like yourselves I don't think this is a very good service.

One of the after-sales support execs tried hard to help - but the computer system was down both days I called and I ended up stuck with a poorly assembled part

SOAK - so I bought a radiator and chose the recommended valves. Guess what - I received the radiator BUT NOT the valves. Bit tricky to use it without valves. The good part is I had to wait for only a couple of minutes before they answered my telephone call. The bad bit...the valves are out of stock until the 9th Feb!!! I have had to cancel the plumber..........

I ordered 4 radiators and valves, I chose the standard delivery as I wasn’t in a great rush to receive them. Standard delivery was 8 days, I received a text message at 5pm on the day before delivery and was told the delivery would be the next day between 8am - 6pm. This was not much time to arrange what to do, considering both myself and. My husband work full time. I phoned up soak to try and narrow down the 10 hour delivery window and was told it’s because I chose standard delivery, but nowhere on the website does it explain what you are choosing. The gentleman that I spoke to was helpful and changed the delivery address to my husbands work. The delivery was made but we couldn’t see any valves, I phoned soak up again and I was told that they were out of stock. If I haven’t phoned I wouldn’t of know that they were out of stock, because I have had no communication about this. I was told they would be in stock in about a weeks time , when we ordered it didn’t say on the website they were out of stock. We now have to rearrange our plumber to come back at a different time because we have no valves ( we ordered anthracite one to match the radiators) I don’t think I will be ordering from soak for the upstairs radiators, as we have had several problems.

I paid for express delivery to have it Monday as my electrician was booked but it didn't arrive until the Tuesday -They have NOT refunded my payment for express delivery. Disappointed to say the least

I was extremely disappointed after what seems like a promising start - Rhys promised me faithfully that the delivery would be booked for the following week ( my order placed on the Tuesday was conditional of this fact being agreed) and that I had until Saturday to add to my order. I was then rather surprised to see receive a text from parcel force to tell me the delivery was arriving the wrong week when I was at the opposite end of the country. Soak only notified at the end of the day that my delivery had been dispatched and when I made contact to Soak via email they wouldn't even give me the courtesy of a response. Unimpressed!

I don't think you should be asking me to write a review when I have yet to receive the products that were meant to be delivered yesterday. One of my radiators didn't even make it out of your warehouse and only because I called did you even know this. I received 2 vales and sets of pipework yesterday but no radiators. I had to cancel the plumber who had been booked in today to fit the radiators and because of this i might have to wait nearly three weeks for him to be free again. I was told one radiator would arrive today but received a text message for the delivery company to expect it tomorrow. It's all been a complete disaster and I'm unsure if I will use Soak again which is a shame as we were planning on purchasing some new bathroom furniture from you for our house renovation. I will follow this message up with a direct email to your customer service team.

I have not been made happy. I placed my order on 21st January, and phoned on 25th January to enquire about progress on delivery. The person answering my call had a great deal of difficulty in tracing my order, despite my providing the order number, my name, my full address, and the delivery address. When the order was eventually traced I was told to expect delivery by 1st February, which is much later than I anticipated. This review is written on 29th January.

Delivery driver never knocked or rang left the parcel at no 81 i live at 119 told the lady at 81 he rang me and i was at work and my husband would pick it up later must have rang the wrong number i am retired and my husband works away good news though got the parcel seems ok

You didn’t. Ordered 6 radiators, only received 5. One was out of stock apparently, but I was not informed of this. So despite taking full payment for 6 radiators, only received 5. Plus tradesman booked in to fit 6, too late to change.

Difficult to leave a review when the items haven't turned up yet? Makes me nervous for the second delivery due on the 8th Feb that includes everything else for a new Bathroom????? Not even an email stating they are late or delivery is due, nothing.

Still waiting for delivery and told this will be at least another week. This seems very slow for a basic item and most suppliers offer a much faster service.

I still have not received my full order. I was promised an email when I rung up complaining and haven’t received one yet. It is quite disappointing. I shall wait 48 hours and go from there. I decided to go with Soak as I assumed they would be different to Bath Store or other retailing companies but their customer service skills, especially the third party delivery service was poor.
