Picked delivery day and actually ended up having to wait in 3 times. 1st missing items damaged. No contact. 2nd time 1 out of 2 items delivered. 3rd time and another inconvenient wait in, last item delivered and no time scale which meant wasted day on a holiday week.next time off 2019! The girl who I spoke to 2nd time answered me with "I'll get it re-delivered and that's the best I can do". No sorry, really sorry, I'll try and find out a time for you etc! The actual delivery day missing items, the young lady was fantastic. It won't put me Off ordering again but dissapointed with the customer service.

Sales team great. Your (overnight £57) couriers lost my first shower tray and broke the second one. It cost me two days extra in Bathroom Fitters because the first one was Thursday, the second one was Friday and my tray did not arrive until the following Monday. If I had waited until Monday to order it I would have been given your "£100 off when you spend £500", but I had wanted it by Thursday! Also, one sundry item the Sales Team advised me to buy was not suitable, but you do not send out postage labels for returning small items. I can understand this if the customer has changed their mind, but not when it is an incorrect product! My three emails about this item went unanswered! I finally spoke to someone who saw that this was a customer service issue and dealt with it appropriately. One last thing...the tap I bought does not "waterfall" as it should and we cannot work out why because the instruction leaflet enclosed with it shows a different tap! I do love the products you sell and your sales team were most helpful, but you really need to change your couriers!

Two of the items I purchased were faulty. It took that long to get one item sorted I couldn't be bothered chasing the next one. Items...the bath had delaminated eventually got an exchange....other was a sink waste that was not manufactured correctly.

Broke the cistern in travel, toilet came damaged & ignored my request (email) to have these 2 things amended. Wasted 2 weeks, thinking the items were coming as the person on the phone (JAMES) said that they were coming when they weren't actually. Phoned again after 2 weeks and a lovely lady (Paula) had everything sorted. Big thanks to her.

Delivery of radiator only valves arrived I paid £30 delivery telephoned to complain no response as yet, plumber planned for tomorrow!!!!!!

Faulty item sent, lots of stress trying to get it replaced. Was told that replacement would be delivered only to find that the order hadn’t been processed. Poor quality finish on the items that were received.

Damaged Parts on Delivery, No Delivery of parts on day scheduled. Takes too long to get through to anyone to deal with problems.

Cancelled a few items on the order but the whole order was then incorrectly cancelled and then the Good will payment agreed with customer services never was paid. Would not use again nor would I recommend.

Terrible customer service, the delivery company broke part of our toilet and it took over a week to get a replacement even though I was told it would be next day. I had to make lots of phone calls to chase them, getting ever more frustrated, they never gave me answers over the phone only emails a day later that asked me for information which I had already given and then when I replied to these I got an automated response saying they would get back to me in 48 hours. Never got an apology either.

I had to return my items and the customer servise was diabolical, it took days for two people to get back to me and then it took days for my collection. I have emiled for an update on my refund and two weeks on I am still waiting on a reply!

I received a large order. Two of the large items were broken but were replaced with no issues. However, this slowed down my work as I had to wait two weeks for the first order and one more for the replacements. I then opened the shower head only to find it was both damaged and very poor quality. When I called in member of the sales team answered and was most unhelpful telling me that ‘obviously the after sales team closes at 5.30.’ When I asked for a call back from this team I was informed by him that he would raise a case, but could not ‘force them to phone (me) back, as they were very busy’. Nothing happened; no call. I tried again and spoke with another team member who was again rude and unhelpful. He talked over me, telling me that he could not help as it was past the 14 days - despite the fact that I had not opened the product until then as my tradespeople has to be delayed due to the earlier issues. I asked to speak to a manager. I waited 10 minutes on the call only to have him return to say his manager agreed to a refund. I did mention that I had actually asked to speak with the manager. However, keen to move on I accepted the refund. As discussed, i sent a picture and received an email telling me a replacement would be sent. This, despite the fact that his earlier email had agreed a refund. I would like you to look into this and come back to me please. I have no desire to receive a new shower when the one I received was not good quality.

Sink was broken and unit damaged. Had loads of emails from courier saying delivering again but nothing came had to rink disk and ring DX. Hopefully replacements coming on Tuesday and I hope they will be ok

We ordered a sink unit & toilet. The toilet was scratched so we had a replacement pan delivered. We had to get 3 sink units delivered before we had an undamaged one. The response to our issue was incredible slow and I eventually had to chase it up via Facebook. We had to spend 3 days waiting in for the deliveries having originally spending extra for named delivery.

Quality of products and price good! Try getting a refund on anything is a joke! Spent hours chasing a few hundred pounds! Wouldn’t bother with them again!

The toilet / vanity unit we purchased looks nice now it's fitted, but the toilet flush is very weak - in fact I am totally fed up with it not working. It is supposed to save water, but you have to flush it that many times just to get rid of paper that it is a total false economy. I had asked if there was a better replacement flush mechanism for it (which I would pay to have fitted again), but you just sent out the same one - waste of time and money. Then the soft close toilet lid cracked on the hinge and across the top, we phoned up and after a bit of negotiation your customer service person said a replacement would be sent out the next day for delivery. Nothing arrived for a few days so we called again to chase it, seems it hadn't been put onto the system for some reason - hmm! A week or so later, we now have a nice new lid on our totally useless toilet. Thanks for your help. I'm sure you don't read these or give a toss about me or my issues, but as far as I'm concerned it is not fit for purpose and is £500+ wasted, and I'm stuck with it in my new cloakroom. Shame really because initially we were impressed with Soak. Still you can now tick the box regarding customer feedback and move on to the next person - another triumph for the customer service team!

First sink arrived was smashed to pieces inside, I cut my thumb open in the process which when calling the operator on the phone wasn't interested in. 2nd sink arrived was in good condition but still not impressed.
