“purchased a shower suite online delivered on time but with parts missing waste pipe pop up waste for sink phoned them right away they refunded the items would i buy from again yes! but would check prices of accessories a little expensive but good overall”

“The heated towel rail is great and looks like great quality. The packaging was extremely well done. The negative was I ordered next day delivery befor the time stated and it didn’t come which should have been Friday, didn’t arrive until the Monday but they refunded the next day delivery charge.”

“the website is clear, looks great and easy to use. The bath we ordered looked beautiful. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order due to unforeseen circumstances. We tried 2 email addresses and a phone number to cancel. The next day we got a dispatch email, we chased it up again and they told us we were too late and that we would need to return it at our own cost. I get that us cancelling is frustrating and they have invested time in our order. However the customer service was not helpful. In the end we had to intercept the delivery and call the delivery company ourselves to cancel.”

“Mijn bestelling is in 3 etappes geleverd. Ik heb er zelf 3xachteraan moeten zitten. Het is uiteindelijk wel goed opgelost en geleverd.”

“We might have been happier with Soak (& potentially spent a lot more with them!) if their online measurements & information had been more accurate. We kept, rather disappointingly, finding out that measurements weren’t as expected when getting to the point of purchase and had to then go elsewhere for various items.”

“Overall the purchased of a bathroom suite was good. But communication was very poor. I ordered a Towel radiator as part of the order. Only to find out it was out of stock after the delivery was made. No emails, calls. Not even the delivery driver knew. But still expected me to sign for a “complete order”. Had to call twice for refund of item.”

“We bought the Cambridge midnight grey bathroom units, the first set were of bad quality and damaged so easily, soak were very good and replaced all the units but the new units are the same quality. I would not recommend these units to anyone, I would say avoid them. I am now going to have to pay to have the worktops covered because of watermarks.”

Unfortunately, once an item has been fitted, this has been deemed as fit for purpose and we are unable to determine whether the item has been damaged in transit or throughout fitting. “If everything goes right it is good value for money but if your produck arrives damaged as it was in my case it is absolute nightmare. Do not even want to go into details as I do not want to remember it that's how bad it was. Eventually got send replecament but after long and painfull juorney. Most items are of good quality. My waterfall tap oxidised though within TWO weeks, totally unacteptable.”
