“Haven't fitted our order as waiting on fitter. Excellent service from Joseph who knows his job very well. Excellent deliverey service from texting the day before with a time slot, delivery on time from when he rang to say how long they would be, excellent service,”

“Top quality products, ordered all my new bathroom items from them. It was all delivered free of charge and promptly at a time that suited me. The delivery guys were courteous and helpful. Customer services over the telephone were first class and I can certainly recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise but with the quality of the items I ordered, I am sure they will last for years. My new bathroom looks super smart! Thanks guys.”

“Items were a very good price, better than many other places. The quality of the items is extremely good for the prices offered! Couple of issues with deliveries, this was down to the couriers and not soak.com at all! The customer service team has been brilliant at rectifying any problems I’ve had and have gone above and beyond to make sure that I’m happy with the service received! Would use soak.com again”

“I had a broken item in my delivery of items but I didn't find it until 3 weeks after the delivery date due to going on holiday just after the items were delivered. I rang up and although the timescale was exceeding the returns policy of 14 days, Soak just sent me a replacement item out straight away with not even a mention of timings, etc...”
