“The process was relatively easy and fast. Instructions for activation could use some clarity, nowhere it said where to enter the license number, the activation button was disabled and it took me awhile to figure out I had to enter the license number (called serial # on the screen), to enable the button. Once this done, super easy.

Hi Johanne,
You should be able to edit text directly within the PDF file without converting to and from Word. Under the Insert and Edit tab, you will notice a button labelled Text. Click this button, and then you should be able to click within the text and edit it as you please.

“The downloaded installation file had a virus attached which was picked up by Trend Micro. The program closes the previous window first before closing the PDF. Otherwise, it is a good PDF viewer and editor at a reasonable price.”

We are quite worried to hear that our installation file was flagged by your anti-virus program. We consistently have our software verified with all the major anti-virus programs to ensure our software is free of any problems.
We have noticed certain websites out there who take our program and bundle it with third-party offers such as toolbars which are often flagged by anti-virus applications. Is it possible you downloaded PDF Pro from a website other than our own?
We're happy you are satisfied with the program otherwise.
