“I like the way the previous version had a pop up that you could select actions from, especially for combining PDFs. The method (layout for selecting and organizing the PDFs by selecting and dragging files to the window) was very easy to do to combine files and worked well for me. The new format works but is a bit awkward.

“Great software but most unimpressed by the financial department as they twice asked for payment after I had paid on the date of order, Sort out your invoice department!!!!”
“No complaints, does what I want it to do. The help section is very informative. I notice a slight lag sometimes but that's the only issue I would have.”
“Having only used PDF Pro a few times I can't comment exactly on all its functionality as I am still teaching myself how to use it. The stuff that I have taught myself has been very useful.”
“I have purchased PDF Pro 10 because I now have to submit my business invoices in PDF format. I find it simple to compile all of the documents required for my invoice into one PDF document. There is one issue though and perhaps I am doing something wrong, but on the outer edge of the PDF appears a shadow almost like there is a document behind. Otherwise I am very pleased with the software.

“The PDF Pro 10 program has helped us in managing, contolling and editing our files and I'm still learning how to use all of the functions. I switched laptops shortly after purchasing the program and I was able to transfer it to the new one. There have been some unexpected complications since the transfer that were frustrating, however, the service has been quite good in correcting these issues in a timely manner.”
“Getting the online download was very quick and efficient. Very easy to download. Although time to receive backup disk seems to be taking a while as we are still yet to receive it.”
“Overall good and easy to use. The only criticism is that it seems to struggle with accurately converting very large documents which leads to parts of the converted PDF being illegible.”
