“Joe helped me on chat today with info on getting Office MS Home and Business 2019. He was very knowledgable and very helpful. I will definitely love to work with him in the future. I am really impressed that your company offers 24/7 support. Being 63 years old, I am definitely computer challanged :)”

“I purchased software and was given a key code to allow it to work. When I entered the code, I was told it was invalid. "Their support people would look into it". We sent them a screen shot of the error message and after waiting all afternoon, nobody bothered to respond. Very disappointed.”

“Do not buy product from software.ca I purchased an office product and it was a pain to follow instructions. Then the wrong product downloaded . They will not change or refund it, SCAM SCAM SCAM”

“As an experienced business owner and regular online purchaser I was not pleased with my recent purchasing experience. I found the ordering and subscribing instructions confusing. I understood I was buying a copy of Word as a separate entity and did not require a suite of other programmes. When I tried to phone I found the recorded message rather strange, to say the least, both voice and use of such words as ‘awesome’. And then just a lengthy ringing tone. The chatline was somewhat slow in response and then I was presented with non-choice of accepting other programmes to enable me to get the download key I had been promised. I would not purchase any other items from your company.”

“Ordered Microsoft Office 2019. Received an email with the KEY. When I tried to install the software, it stated the KEY had already been used. When I did a chat with them and explained the problem they wanted to take over my computer. I didn't think that was the thing to do. They resent me an email with the same KEY, which did not work. My advice is to buy directly form Microsoft. May cost a little more, beats having to pay for something you don't get. A credit card dispute did not work for me in this instance. By the way, I had the software installed and working in less than 30 minutes by going directly to Microsoft.”

“i had a problem with my excel program. i chatted with Jesus about the problem and he walked through a few things with me. in just a few minutes he was able to find the problem and helped me get back to work. thanks Jesus, your the best!!!!!!”

“I purchased office student and home two days ago. I have received all kinds of thank you emails but no product. I have sent several emails in regard to this and get no response other than more thank yous and that I should expect an email with the download and key shortly. The last two emails I have sent they have not even had the courtesy to respond to. Pathetic. I gave them one star but seeing as I haven't received a product they don't deserve that.”

“Don't waste your time with this company. After purchasing a product that is in stock according to their site, you'll receive an e-mail a day or so later similar to the following: "Thank you for your purchase! Unfortunately, we run out of Microsoft Visual Studio Net Enterprise Architect RB keys with no ETA yet for new stocks. We are working tirelessly to acquire new stocks and send you your purchased software license within 24 business hours. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via email, chat or hotline no. Visit us at our website and find out more offers for your daily computing needs."”

“Received an email confirmation 20 minutes after I ordered the product key, but never received an email with the actual download link or product key. Money came out of my bank right away. Chat link in the text message was bad and so was the calendly.com link. Call support and got voicemail. Absolute garbage.”

“Patrick provided excellent, speedy support. Finally I seem to have Microsoft Office running. I did have to wait awhile past my scheduled appointment time, which happened the first time that I got technical assistance as well. I recognize that this is difficult out perhaps there was a way to update me via email or text.”
