“Sizing for my specific watch was off a little. Had to return my watch for a smaller size which then came for the wrong watch. Customer service was very quick to send out yet another one, shipping was fast and they even let me keep the wrong band which I gave to a family member who loves it. All and all a good experience, customer service is very fast and helpful. Would recommend, knocked off a star only because of the miscues with the wrong size/band.”

Checkout was super easy with Apple Pay and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. However, I did have to return part of my order and was charged a handling fee. This was discouraging and seemingly unnecessary when, I'm sure, the profit margin on watch bands is so high.”

“Not impressed. Printed out the solace bands ruler, and according to my credit card it was printed to the correct scale. The band shows up much narrower than it shows in the pictures and far too small. I get to pay $3.99 in fees to get some of my money back. Great first impression.”
