“I bought several of the Solace bands during a promotion. One of them, I wasn’t thrilled with the color in person, so I contacted customer service for an exchange. The exchange was smooth and easy. (Of course, the color I wanted was out of stock so I had to choose another color, but the replacement Perma Band is very nice!)
My only suggestion would be to allow folks to choose the color of the connector and clasp. Quality of the Perma Band is VERY good! Almost went back and bought the original color I wanted that is back in stock, but I will wait for another sale. 🙂”
“I was disappointed on how bulky the clip was on this band. I wanted to return it but when I did the process I was only getting 1/2 of what I bought it for back. Kind of not worth the hassle of it all which was also disappointing Unfortunately I wont be ordering another band from here”
“At first I loved it, but the elastic band lost elasticity very quickly and it became too loose.
I used the onscreen guide and measured my wrist to make sure I ordered the right size. It fit well when it was new. But a few weeks later, it had already lost elasticity and was too loose to maintain my HR sensor. Bummer.”
“This watch band is exactly what I was looking for! Nice and stretchy but not too loose. My only advice is to use an actual tape measure to determine size because the little sizer you can print out said I needed a medium but the description and my measurements indicated that I needed a large. The large fits perfect and I cannot imagine how tight the medium would have been!”
“I love Solace bands in theory, I unfortunately fall in between their sizes. The XS is too tight and the S is too loose. The S in the adjustable band is too loose on the tightest setting. 🙁 They look nice on and are comfortable, just too big for me.”
