“Great band. I ordered a medium based on the size chart and it fit for a couple of weeks but did stretch out. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent a small! It fits and will stretch to be just right. Great customer service!”
“I ordered 3 bands, 2 for me and 1 for my husband. The imperium and slim imperium are great. The nova is very heavy and clunky and the colors are not anything I would wear. I first ordered the gold and it is very cheesy looking in addition to being heavy and clunky. They graciously allowed me to exchange it for a black one as I thought that might be better. It is not! Now, I’m not eligible for an exchange! I guess I’m stuck with it! Be careful, the pictures on their website are deceiving.”

“I have very small wrists. Used their measuring system and ordered XS. Too small. Returned and ordered S. Again, a little snug, but I’ve been trying to stretch them out. I would say definitely order a size up. Also I bought the band that has to be sized by removing pins. I couldn’t get it to work. Ended up throwing it away because I couldn’t send it back. It was beautiful, btw. Probably my fault. I like be their bands, just size up.”
