I left Solarplicity a while ago because of all the messing around!! I have 2 disabled children and they caused my family lots of stress. We have now had an email from a dept company (cds Global) saying i owe a final balance of £1044.46!!!! i wasn't even with them that long? and when i did leave i got statements saying i was in credit but can't log in to my account any more? is there any help i can get for this as im on Carers (benifts) so no way i can pay this!
They say I owe over £1600. How is this possible seen as I'm on pay as you go ? I was switched to EDF due to them closing. Got a final bill through the post after 3 years of being with them on a pay as you go meter. My balance was 0 but then they threw all these new charges at me, I'm so stressed and confused as I'm on pay as you go. .
Hi, sorry this is not an answer but i see this was 2 weeks ago? i have just had the same thing, had an email from a debt company saying i owe £1044 to solarplicity (final bill). Have you managed to get this sorted or have any advice to get help? Thanks and hope you did manage to get this sorted.
