Upon receipt of the order I received a pair of Brooks Ghosts (Women’s) but I did not receive the colours as mentioned above. I received a dark blue pair with what looks like silver trim. I am not going to complain nor do I want anything in exchange, but please be aware of my disappointment upon opening the parcel.

I go through possible three pairs of these shoes every year and am very happy to have found your site, but I thought it appropriate to point out to your company the mistake that was made.
Your service was great only three days delivery from Melb. to Sydney so lets looks at the bright side. Next time I am in Melbourne I will come and visit you store.”
“I was really sad about my purchase. I ran the 10k today after undergoing 6 months of chemo and raising over $1300 for Peter mac. I really wanted a keepsake hoodie so bought one online. When it arrived, it was too big. I immediately emailed Sole Motive who told me they would be able to exchange on the day. I replied saying I was worried they would sell out of xs hoodies and could they please put one aside for me. When my husband went to the store at about 9.30am, they only had XL sizes and upwards. I then went to the store after completing the run hoping they had reserved me one and they hadn’t and I was told there was no more stock. Normally I wouldn’t care but this time, the keepsake was a huge milestone for me. I am so very unhappy with the customer service. I would happily have bought another one and got the S refunded but no one mentioned there was a chance of selling out.”
