“I love this website. Only gripe is there were no stickers with my 4oceans bracelets.”

Hi Chris, Thanks for your comments. Based on feedback we now no longer send the board stickers out with every order as a lot of customers were concerned that they wouldn’t use the stickers and end up adding to the problem of plastic waste. “My first purchase arrived the next day which was great, the second one ordered on 30th November hasn't arrived as yet but I suspect Christmas post may have something to do with it.4 11 19.”

“No problems with Soul Hippy - good service. The product I bought was a little disappointing though. Coloured string through the bracelet and plastic beads. not worth £16 and plastic beads to conserve marine life ?”

“Exceptionally speedy delivery! Lovely presentation. However the bracelet I gave to my granddaughter broke and was lost, which is why I ordered her another one a few days later. We then found the lost one on the road. The knot had come undone on the cord and unravelled. I’ve done a bit of a fix, so I can wear it stacked with mine, but sadly, the little charm has gone. Nonetheless, all my granddaughter’s school friends want one! We may start a craze!”

“Thank you for your prompt response. I have added the other photo as i don't think it appeared in my previous review. I would expect the bracelets to last quite a while if the string holding the beads together is indeed the tough nylon recycled from old fishing nets etc. As stated previously I'm happy with Soul Hippy's service and customer care, this was more a critique of the bracelets. So thank you and i have amended my review as a result of your response. In answer to your question, the bracelets that are broken are the Shark Aware one and the Orca one.”

“I received the bracelet very fast, I was pleased it came with its own jute bag, however it did smell a bit damp and the bracelet doesn't look brand new. I am a little unhappy about this as it is a gift for my daughter, but I will wash the jute bag to refresh it as I dont have time to return it.”

Hi Harriet, I'm sorry your experience wasn't up to the standard we want you to have. I don't know how the jute bag got damp, unless it somehow got damp in-transit.
