“Horrendous! Too many people making up their own process. Upload, email, Whatsapp, phone, yet still you don’t check anything until I’m sitting at the RTA office, then you tell me you don’t know that a Mercedes S600 has 12 cylinders!!!!!! Why didn’t you check all these documents last week? Why am I STILL waiting????”

“I bought the in order to have cover for me to drive to the RTA test centre and complete my car registration. I have now paid for the insurance and have been told that I am not covered until I can submit a test certificate. Defeats the purpose.”

“I had an experience with this insurance company and it was the worst experience in my life. They asked for the amount and i paid it in their account and they said that the insurance policy comes out in 60 minutes, but after that they did not send the policy and the employee dealt on the phone With very bad attitude , and tomorrow they are off and insurance of my car is finished and until now I have not received The policy.
