“No customer service available when needed. Need to register and pick my car up as it can’t be left where it is. Need the insurance now. You’ve taken the money straight away but given nothing in return.”

“One of the worst insurance company I ever seen in UAE. Unable to activate policy as it was their own words before purchasing that we will activate within 24 hours. I Will never purchase again or never recommend to anyone. Very bad service.”

“I was fooled by your representative two times. He was offered me the free coupons for buying the insurance...I took my vehicle insurance for 2018 and 2019 and nothing received so far. After following up with him many times no use.”

“Horrible incompetent agent (Mr. Arvin). Sold me a policy for auto insurance without telling me that the car valuation is almost half of what my current policy is! He could have just sold me the current policy renewal instead.. Now you have lost me forever as a customer!”

“Hi, Really disappointed with Souqalmal... when i purchase the policy your representative mention i can save AED 1300/- which they will provide as gift voucher but i asked him regarding details of vouchers , and terms and condition which he did not mention but he said you can redeem , when i recieved this voucher i found it is useless .... which we cannot redeem directly..”

“The way my account was handled is poor and it got resolved only when me talking to union insurance to revise the price. The sales team is weak, slow and ditched my calls and emails”
