Till Date my problem not solved.. kindly 🙏 solve it first..I order 4 items..but in parcel item is 1.. and..cost is 3234/- Four items cost.

I ordered four different fabrics on September 5, 2023. I have already made the payment. but I received only one of the ordered items on September 18th. I put up a complaint the very same day and uploaded video and images of the product I received on the 19th itself. So far, I haven't received any satisfying responses. They claimed that they require 4-5 working days to check it with their courier partner.

We make every effort to photograph the fabrics so as to capture their natural colour. However, due to factors not in our control, the colour you see on your screen may vary from the actual colour of the fabric. Minor variation in colour is unavoidable. Not even a single delivery attempt was made and the order still hasn't been delivered. I have given the delivery company alternative phone numbers and spoke to them to reattempt delivery. Even then no attempt was made.

I’m not planning to order again after ordering for the forth time.. the order takes too long to arrive not like before!! I also order from other websites from india they take around 4 days for international shipping. Also there isn’t any updates provided about the order status throughout the days.
