“I purchased this cloth 2.5 meter n I received only 1 meter of this cloth whereas I paid for 2.5 meters. This has happened for the first time with your on line site n I being your regular customer am very disappointed. Pl look into this matter”

“Very poor service. I ordered simple cotton ikat fabrics small quantities and took almost 1 month for source it right, ship rocket and Blue dart combined to deliver it. I had to keep calling and mailing to find out the status. There was no response. I was told there isn't any staff to process the order. Well at least there should be someone to send 1 mail at least and inform that there is a delay and update by when the order can be expected. It was fully paid for and hence I could not cancel the order. Very bad experience. Shall not order from here again.”

“Slub rayon blavk that I recently ordered from the company was a v poor quality...the moment I put it in water for shrinkage...it bled like anything...customer service so poor...it took 15 days for the product to reach me...v disappointed”
