March 1st I just booked a flight with Southwest and I had to call customer service to update all my info for my rapid rewards account. I've never had a problem with Southwest. I've always gotten cheaper flights without the frills. Get me to my designation. Looking forward to all my vacations this year. 2025 has been a great year 😁 Looking forwarding to my upcoming trips. Southwest airline is an EXCELENT airline. I ve been traveling with them for years, actually the most of my flights. The customer service is ecxelent, even online and out of the country. I am very satisfied and I hope that Southwest be focus on the good reviews to keep the business. Blessings!!!
