“We entered all the vehicle details in to the website and found the recommended clutch kit for the vehicle. My 17yr old son paid over $700 for the clutch kit that their website said was the one for the car. We received the part and our mechanic went to install this and after removing it from the box found it was not the correct part. After multiple emails we finally got hold of someone to return the part. My son then paid a further $100 to send the part back only to be told that it was our fault the part was incorrect and that since there were fingerprints on the part that they would not honor a refund or there 30 day return guarantee. They have then sent the part back to us and said they hope we can use it or sell this specialised part on to retrieve at least some of the cost.”

“Bought 2 Bilstein shocks, one was fine but the other was clearly second-hand. Box was taped up and bushes completely missing and marks on shock itself. This was all noticed after vehicle was on hoist and old rooted shocks were removed. I then had to fit it anyway with old existing bushings just to get home from my mechanic. Contacted them and wanted it returned which clearly won't be happening as the costs of removing it and going without a car for two weeks isn't cost effective. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!”

“Received a faulty item dash lit up like a Christmas tree stranded away from home filed a complaint with PayPal was only then I got a message telling me to withdraw it to get a refund did that now no answer and blocked refund portal. Had to pay a mechanic to clear codes on dash and stuck with a $209 paper weight. Thanks SBox you guys are what’s wrong with today’s society”
