“Have ordered several times from here and I can strongly say that their service has been excellent, from ordering the products to ensuring correct delivery times as well. Furthermore, the staff have been very helpful in also sourcing other fireworks that I was also interested in. I regularly order in Bulk and they always have a good stock. Thank you. Regards Danny”

“My first order with sparklers.co.uk. Ordered online but was then contacted to say there was an issue, but they offered a matching product as a replacement. Easy to but with PayPal. Quick clear communication. And quick delivery. All round good! Thank you!”

“Great customer service and helped me track my order and ensured it arrived on time for our event. Contents were exchanged for same as out of stock on lines ordered and sent extra! might need to consider courier packaging as the parcel was taped so tightly some of 'sparkler material' had cracked and fallen off which impacted the sparkler experience once lit - but this happens with store bought sparklers as well so still score a 5 star rating Well enjoyed at our family event and a great surprise on a summers evening and I would use you again - thank you”

“I'm glad you emailed me as I could not remember who I brought the the sparklers from! I brought them for my daughters 21st cake for her party..stupidly I did not test them before hand..on the actual party night..they would not light at all the whole party was waiting..by the time I managed to light one the one before was out!!! Ended up with no candles etc as decided to use your sparklers....very upsetting as will never get that experience back again...you can give me my money back as well if you want!!!”
