“Time limit to book test should be extended or else should be informed by giving a phone call”

Unfortunately, the time to reply cannot be extended beyond the 15 minutes as this is set by the DVSA and it's not possible to call every customer we find tests for as we find hundreds per day. Texting is the quickest and easiest way to notify of cancellations as time is of the essence with the 15-minute limitation. We do offer auto book if you are not able to respond within this timeframe. “Would recommend speedy test highly , originally had a test booked for the end of November but speedy test got me a test a whole month and a-bit before , although would definitely say to upgrade to the highest plan which is where they search every 5 minutes for a test , before I had the plan where they search every 15 mins, within few days on being on the highest plan got 3 messages for a test already . AMAZING !!”

“Service was efficient - managed to get an earlier slot within a couple of days of signing up. You have to be really quick to confirm though, once a new message / slot has been sent on text, you can't get back to a previous offer.”

The 15 minute reply time is set by the DVSA, if there is no reply within that timeframe, the slot is given back to the DVSA for someone else to book and the system then searches for another slot for you, (unless you choose auto book as that will book the slot automatically). “I wanted a driving test as soon as possible during a period where many people want to have a driving test. They had found me a driving test 10 days sooner than original which is great and in less than two weeks away”

“Good service overall, email service is fast and responsive. Only problem I encountered is when I replied "book" to one of the test cancellation texts, I was told the DVSA website went down at that time and it could not be booked so had to wait longer. Not their fault though. Good value for money as if you don't pass your test they'll look for another cancellation until you finally pass. Wish I had bought the service sooner. 👍”
