“It's really difficult to book a test. I think there are few syndicates who booked the test dates immediately for other who pay them more money. It should not be like this.”

Hi Mahbub, We are quite confused by your review as we have found 2 cancellations for you and booked a test for the 23rd of August because you replied to book it. “First time I used the app, I got a cancellation within 3 days. Since then I sadly failed my test, so decided to try and search again, paying for the highest package to improve my chances. It’s been a month now, and I’ve not had a single text. I want my money back for the upgrade, but nobody has responded to my customer support query for over a month now.”

“Very fast to book my first test, but when I failed it has slowed right down offering only 1 cancellation in 5 weeks. It would appear once you have had your first attempt they put you onto low priority.”

Hi Joshua, We have notified you of 13 cancellations and changed your test twice. You did not restart the search after the second test change, therefore we have not been searching for you since, which is why you have not been notified of more cancellations. Hello Cole, Having checked your account I can see that you have signed up today at 3:50 pm and at 4:22 pm we Auto-Booked you an earlier test for the 13th of January as this date was within the timescale that you had on your account (13/11/20 - 15/01/21). You have unlimited use of our service, meaning you can keep restarting the search as many times as you want to keep searching for even earlier tests. Hello Chris, I can see that we have auto booked you two tests, one the same day of sign up and another two days later, as you had not restarted the service after the day of the test we had booked for you, we can only assume that you have taken the test. You have unlimited use of our service, if you still need cancellations, you can simply restart your account to search again. Are you sure that it was our service that you had an issue with? Hi Sobha, We have notified you of numerous cancellations and changed your test successfully within 2 days of you signing up. Applications can only be put on hold by yourself or by the DVSA. Should you have contacted us regarding this, we would have tried to help you. Kind Regards, SpeedyTests

Hello Oliver, You're able to login to your dashboard and restart the service as many times as you need, even if you fail your test. Once you've paid for the service you have lifetime access to it. Kind Regards, SpeedyTests
