Terrible service. No one can reply to your e-mail query. I used to get test dates for my exam, I have not got dates for more than 2 months now. Not sure if this company still works. I sent an e-mail on 15th September no one bothers to reply to date. Also sent messages via Facebook chat they have seen the messages but did not give a reply. ***Strictly dont use this service. I doubt this service still works after DVLA changes. ***

Its been 6 days now, not responded to my query, 1st time you will get booking, once you booked then I feel like speedy test is not bothered, no single notifications received, so annoyed, cannot even talk to any customer service.

So disappointed, when I had first applied for speedy tests it found me a test within 2 days, it was super fast! I was so happy, delighted and buzzing knowing how difficult it is to find a test. I was telling people how amazing the website is Inc my instructor. However, unfortunately I had failed that test so started using speedy tests again 2 & half weeks ago to find a test again! I even payed for the deluxe version & still there’s no cancellations being sent to me. How disappointing, because another app called TESTI was sending me cancellations which portrays that there are cancellations happening but it’s not being sent VIA MY SMS. I even emailed them last week about my experience & asking them questions but still no response! They’ve been replying to every review but not to their emails! It’s a shame, because on the website it says “unlimited” use until you pass then why doesn’t it work for me the 2nd time. Till the day I failed on the 21st June till now there’s been no cancellations for me:(( really gutted. I need responses!

Hi Elissa, We have found, notified and booked you a test matching your criteria within 3 days of you signing up, moving it forward by 18 days. You did not restart the search after this test change, therefore we were unable to notify you of more cancellations. We do inform you in the booking confirmation email that if you want us to carry on searching, you can restart the search via your account. You have unlimited use for as long as you need, once you book a new test on the DVSA website, you can restart the search for more cancellations. Kind Regards, The SpeedyTests Team

Hi We have offered you two cancellations within your criteria of 17/10/2021 - 04/12/2021 on our standard plan. The first cancellation was 43 days earlier, but you did not reply. As you have responded to the second notification, we have moved the test for you from the 6th of December to the 26th of November. We don't control cancellations or the wait time, our system has worked as it should and found you tests within the timescale you had requested, quite unfair how you think that warrants a 1-star review. Hi Ehsan, As you had replied to the notification and included the word 'book' in your text, the test was booked for you. If you do not want the test we offer you then you should not reply. Sending us another text after that saying "F**k all your family" has resulted in your account being deactivated. I can see you have changed your test back to the 13th of November. Hi Thomas, We have moved your test forward by 14 weeks because you have responded to change it. If the test was no longer suitable, it is your responsibility to change it to a later date on the DVSA website to avoid losing your DVSA fee. Hello Ashok, Cancellations are not guaranteed and there is no average time to find a cancellation. We have brought your test forward by 113 days. You have sent us numerous emails asking us to find you a retake, but as explained, we have no control over test availability, all we can do is search for you and hopefully find another test that matches the preferences you requested. You booked me a test with 24 hours notice, very poor now I lost my placement on the 30th of September and can’t make the one tomorrow. I signed up nearly 2 months ago.

PLEASE AVOID!! Automatic booking isn’t made visibly clear when selecting dates, even on their premium service I haven’t gotten any dates available. I’ve even been checking DVLA site and there is some still there! Not even eligible for a refund either. Don’t even bother!

Hello Ayan, Sorry to hear our Auto-Book option wasn't clear for you on our website, but it is just a tick box, that you have turned on and off whilst using our service. Logging in to the DVSA website affects our search which we have explained, it also goes against our terms and conditions. Your refund request was rejected as we have found (and booked) you a test matching your specified dates. You have unlimited use for as long as you need. They continued to book the test during lockdown even knowing that tests would be suspended which I wasn't aware off as the DVSA let me book, then refused to give me a refund despite knowing tests wouldn't go ahead and they shouldn't have been able to book. Couldn't even get a credit to use the service again for when lockdown lifted. They charged me knowing tests were suspended

Hello Emily, Our system searches for available tests on the DVSA website that match the dates you provide on your account. The criteria is the responsibility of the account user and should be suitable at all times and amended if necessary, so that our system doesn't search for tests that are not suitable for you. Your account was created on the 5th of January, (a day after the national lockdown was announced), with the criteria to find you tests between 05/01/21 and 01/03/21. A test for the 2nd of February became available on the 6th of January, we notified you of it and then booked it for you based on your response. We could have carried on searching for a more suitable slot if you had restarted the search by amending your dates. We have confirmed via email that our service is unlimited and can be used for as long as you need for the one-off payment and that you can restart the search at any time to search for more cancellations. Hello Danny, Thank you for your review. I have had a look at your account and the dates that you have requested us to search were 27/12/20 until 14/03/21, with the Auto-Book feature selected. On the 7th of February, an available test for the 10th of March became available on the official DVSA website and it matched the dates you have requested, that is why this test was booked for you. Prior to this test change, your test was booked for the 23rd of March. An update on driving tests resuming was announced yesterday (22nd of February). You can restart the search for more cancellations by amending the dates you want us to search for. You have unlimited use for as long as you need. Hello Soji, We had sent you an email stating the following: "Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem with your account. We have temporarily paused your account until you notify us that the issue has been resolved" As the error with your account had not been resolved we were not able to restart your account. Simply solving the issue (having a test booked with the DVSA) and sending a message would've restarted the service. I found a nearer test by myself without being notified by speedy tests, I subsequently booked it and passed meaning the service was redundant, I was very disappointed and hoped I was eligible for a refund.

Didn’t cancel a test upon request. Ended up paying an extra £70, and was not allowed a refund. I then booked my own test, and had to wait another 2 months, but passed. Thanks.

Hello Keanen, Congratulations on passing your test. Having checked our logs I can see that your issue was in fact with the DVSA and not ourselves. You messaged us stating that you'd booked a test and it was not showing on the DVSA website. Once you'd resolved that with them we would've been able to find a cancellation for you.
