“I had a milia removal procedure done using cryotherapy at this clinic, (he visited my home) and unfortunately, it made the issue significantly worse. The treated area became larger and more inflamed. I have PoTS Syndrome (a neurological/autonomic condition) and raised concerns about whether the procedure was suitable, but I was reassured it would be fine.
No aftercare advice or skin product recommendations were provided at all. I’ve since had to pay for the milia to be properly removed elsewhere, where I was told that cryotherapy is generally not appropriate for people with neurological conditions like PoTS.
I also contacted the clinic after the procedure to express my concerns, but my message was completely ignored — no follow-up, no support, no acknowledgment.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using this clinic for any cosmetic or dermatological treatments, especially if you have underlying health conditions. The lack of proper assessment, inadequate aftercare, and disregard for communication and patient well-being are extremely concerning.”
“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I paid for a treatment that delivered no results, and when I reached out to the clinic for support, I was met with delay tactics, empty promises, and complete lack of accountability.
After countless follow-ups, it became clear they (Bianca) had no intention of resolving anything. It felt more like being scammed than being treated as a client.
It’s honestly sad how some businesses operate today — no respect, no responsibility, just quick to take your money and vanish when things go wrong. Trust matters, and once it’s broken, it’s hard to rebuild.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”
“Spent a lot of money on Cryopen skin tag removal and it didn't work on even the smallest tag. Complained and was asked to send in photos, did so and have heard nothing back. Not responding to any attempts to contact them. Would have given zero stars if I could”

“Has some dark spots removed. I had one on my face. I definitely wanted to get rid of and the treatment didn’t even touch it. I rang up to say it hadn’t worked, and I think they blocked me because I can’t ring them anymore. Customer service is non-existent.”
“Whatever you do… DO NOT Book with them. Nothing was explained in detail when I called to enquire (was just pushed to book an appointment and pay a deposit so I did) They then showed up 35 minutes late with no apology. I didn’t go ahead as I didn’t realise the full process (because this wasn’t explained when I called). They kept the deposit and have ignored my last 3 emails asking for a manager to call. Disgusting behaviour!”
“I booked a HIFU facial and paid a deposit of £50. It was postponed twice, first I agreed due to the challenge Helene had with cars. A few days after I got a call when on my way to the appointment that she was 45min delayed. I could not wait for this delay and lost trust, when writing they turned unprofessional as you can see in the below screenshot of a message from Helene. I suggest you find another practitioner as this company is simply a scam to say it lightly.”
“This my first ever bad review! Cryolipolysis Body Treatment.
I had this treatment a while back and only giving my review now as I know the treatment would take a while to work and wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt .
However , the only results I have is my skin being excessively over stretched and therefore looking worse than before which I am mortified by . I made sure that I followed the diet and exercise information to the letter as I was using my savings to pay for this as it was a costly treatment but I had thought the results would be worth it. I am too embarrassed to provide photos . My tummy is the most effected area which is heartbreaking for a woman .
The staff are wonderful and that makes it hard to do this review!
For them I would give 5 stars!”
