“Love the concept and feel good about using these products. We have the kitchen, bathroom and floor cleaners, hand wash, shower gel and non bio detergent. They clean well and we really like the smell of everything we have tried except for the blackberry hand wash - my husband says it smells like old ladies! So we are trying the other scent for our refill. The laundry detergent washes well but doesn't dispense automatically - instructions said to tip it upside down and it would pour just what you need for one wash. What actually happened was we wasted quarter of a bottle in the first wash! We now measure one capful. Overall I like splosh and ordering is simple with free delivery on refills.”

“I ordered some washing up liquid and non-bio washing detergent. So far they seem good, the bottles are in good working order, and the delivery was speedy. Unfortunately the non-bio did leak in the post, so don't feel we got our full money's worth, but with the refills there is obviously less margin for error.”

“Quick delivery. Packed in cardboard, no plastic, however, booklet could have come without the extra box as i bought all bottles so no refills to send back. I bought the following. Glass cleaner, fabric conditioner, floor liquid, washing up liquid, bathroom spray and kitchen spray. Love them all but not the fabric conditioner. Smells lovely. In the bòttle! Used on half wash and smelled lovely until clothes dried then it disappeared. Used on full wash and no smell at all. Clothes were not soft either. Sorry thumbs down for this. All other items i loved. Yet to buy refills so we will see. Maybe a loyalty scheme?”

“I love the zingy shower gel, great-smelling hand soap, floor cleaner, kitchen spray and especially the stain remover which seems to work like magic on baby stains that Vanish can't cope with! I didn't get on sonwell with the laundry liquid as it was expensive and seemed to leave my clothes smelling a bit funny. The bathroom cleaner is not up to the task in my bathroom where we have extremely hard water, would probably be fine in softer water areas but we have a lot of limescale and need more chemicals! Everything else I will be using again and again!”

“Splosh is a great way to transfer to a more ‘plastic free’ way of living . Most of the products work really well and are cost effective. The only issues I have faced are the spray bottle tops fail. Apparently you can ask for replacements but I have, as yet, not worked out how to. Refilling your own bottles is easy and these are now the only cleaning products I buy. Order refills in good time though as it can take around a week for them to arrive but well worth the wait. I am collecting packets to return, almost got 8.”

“Received my first order last week an was disappointed that products had leaked. However, after a quick email to explain I was sent 2 refills to replace.....brilliant customer service!!!! Loving the fragrance of the laundry products, it perfumes the whole room and that's only using the conditioner so far!! Love all the environmentally friendly packaging too😊”

“Usually very good and very quick. Products are great. On this occasion delivery was very slow without explanation. Now understand it was down to a delay in getting new compostable foil packaging but this should have been highlighted earlier - a note on the product page on site and in app. Otherwise would be 5/5!”

“Had not used splosh for a while & probably won't again, was much easier when it was single use pod that you put into the bottle & they dissolved. Now I'm having to measure out how much I put into the bottle and return the packaging in order for it to be recycled. Love the concept but wasted postage & unnecessary packaging.”

“I used old splosh with the dissolvable pods, they were terrible. Great to see a company who learns. Now way better. All the products I use are ace no problems. Sending the packets back for recycling I don’t live quite so much.....but if that’s what it takes.”

“Very good products, packaging is lovely, the bottles seem really robust and look like they will last for ages! Some of the scents arnt as strong as the supermarket brands but that's the sacrifice for having more natural products rather than the chemical ridden ones that are harmful to you! They clean really well too!”

“I was introduced to Splosh via a friend, and keen to try and reduce my use of single use plastics, I gave Splosh a go. The initial ordering process is easy, and ordering refills even more so. I use the app to order refills, and they arrive quickly. The scents are a little different to leading brands, but lovely. I now much prefer the mint freshness of the toilet cleaner. I have replaced my kitchen, bathroom, toilet, floor, glass and laundry cleaner all for Splosh products, and all are as good as my previous cleaners and I have no reason to switch back. The only minor downside is that the toilet cleaner is not as harsh as bleach, therefore does need to used daily. However this overall does make it better for the environment. Great idea, great product.”

“Love the concept of less plastic and that you take back packages at your cost to recycle. Love toilet cleaner and wash up liquid tablets and kitchen spray. Didn't get on with hand sanitizer. Quick and free deliveries for refills. I'm very happy with SPLOSH. Thankyou”

“I’m new to Splosh and have tried the non bio liquid detergent, the washing up liquid and the hand soap. All 3 products are great - cleaning well and lovely fragrances. Slight hiccup on the refill ordering process meant my order was delayed, but the Splosh team have worked hard to resolve the issue and my refills have come through now. So far, so good. Would recommend.”

“Really nice products (although the spray bottles don't work very well after two or three refills). We are particularly liking the dishwasher tablets and the stain remove, but we also use the washing up liquid, the laundry detergent and the shower gel.”

“I have only recently started using Splosh products but have found them so far to be very good, especially the laundry liquid. It does take a little time to set up which bottles you require and when to order refills etc but once you are up and running it is straightforward. One or two teething problems I have had have been sorted quickly and professionally by the customer support team, who are very helpful.”
