“Whilst I was extremely happy with the package, it was beautifully wrapped and presented, delivery took a whole week from the time of dispatch. Completely understand it was the couriers fault! Courier picked package up on the 09/02 and wasn’t delivered to my daughter until today - 16/02. As it was a congratulations gift, I was disappointed it took so long to get there.”

“Spoil me came up in my google search of Auckland 7-day delivery. I paid for same day delivery to be sure this occurred. There was an asterisk saying 'subject to terms and conditions' but I could find no terms and conditions saying that weekends were not included. When no parcel was received after two days, I asked for a refund. I then received a phone msg saying that the parcel had been sent. Finally, my email was checked and I then received a msg saying that I would be refunded and that the parcel had been recalled! Unbelievably bad service - inaccurate advertising and horrible disappointment. This was for a patient in hospital. If I had known spoilme couldn't deliver, I would have organised my own parcel from Dunedin. Gutted.”

“Mother was very pleased with her birthday present, she thanked me for things I didn't realise I'd bought and didn't mention things I thought I had, so I assume some things had been substituted for other things that weren't available. It's probably for the best, she's not much of a chutney person.”
