"AVOID - con artists and no customer service!\r\nI placed an order for a \u00a3200 pool table. I ordered it well before their \u20183pm deadline\u2019 for next day delivery. However, I emailed them immediately after ordering (which they tell you to do on their website!) and stated that if it couldn\u2019t be delivered the next day I would need to cancel my order (it was a birthday present) I didn\u2019t even receive an order confirmation until 10 hours later, then received an email the next day stating they had just despatched the item, despite me asking them to cancel. A series of incredibly rude emails back from them, declaring they don\u2019t cancel orders once placed and that you shouldn\u2019t place an order with any expectation of a delivery date (despite them splashing next day delivery all over their website). In their words \r\n\r\n\u2018i wish you luck as we have done nothing no other company would do, Its job I.E dispatching your order that has been placed\u2019\r\n\r\nThey are incredibly rude, with no customer service. Conveniently all their phone lines are out of action, they blame covid but there\u2019s no reason these shouldn\u2019t be operational.\r\n\r\nThe order arrived, 3 days late.. my son was incredibly excited, so despite my concerns we accepted the order. The pool table is extremely badly damaged in several places and hasn\u2019t even left the box. I have no doubt this was already damaged prior to dispatch and this whole company is a con. \r\n\r\nThey are now ignoring all my emails and left me no choice but to contact trading standards and attempt to get my money back through my credit card company. \r\n\r\nPlease please do not order from this company!!\r\n\r\nOrder number 400048545\r\n\r\n"

"My boyfriend ordered me a fairly expensive exercise bike. Initially, there was a delay in it arriving which they didn't communicate to us and we had to ask where it was. Then, we put it together, only to find that the ride computer had all the labels printed in Chinese. We emailed to ask if they could exchange it for one in English, to which they replied that the supplier was Chinese. After that, they just stopped replying. They didn't even offer any money off. Do not buy anything from these people!"

"I have tried for many months now to get this faulty equipment taken back. They will not respond to my pleas. The equipment has been made by the factory in a way it will never work. The machines welds are in the wrong place rendering it useless. They were happy to take my money but not so happy to either send me a replacement or give me my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. "

"absolutely shocking customer service. Paid for the pool table 11\/6\/20. Received a confirmation email. Tried unsuccessfully to contact them on several occasions prior to ordering. No response. Same issue afterwards too. \r\nReceived an email 12\/6\/20 stating \u2018Your order has now left our warehouse and is on its way to you\u2018. They called me 16\/6\/20 advising that my pool table is now out of stock. So they are either lying or useless. No explanation was given as to why this had happened. Terrible company, would strongly advise going elsewhere. Even more so after reading all the bad reviews. "
